Her knowledge is not only limited to physical exercise (which in itself has huge depth) but also in nutrition as well, something I found very valuable. I have been working out for over a decade now. And I have been searching for that extra push, that final piece of the puzzle, to get my body in the best shape of my life, and with BOS health I finally found it.
