Do NOT use this florist! We ordered flowers for my mom ( to comfort her on the first wedding anniversary since my dad had passed), and they never came!They claim to have left a voicemail, which they didn't. They DID send an email saying they couldn't fill the order, but didn't send it until they day AFTER scheduled delivery! SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Our family has been going to Terry for years. Recently I had asked her to help bring my engagement party vision to life with her amazing flowers and knowledge. After sitting in her shop for an hour explaining my over the top ideas, she was able to show me what we could do and gave me ideas that brought my vision to life. She came the day of and set up everything and was just so amazing! The flowers were everything I couldve imagined and more and the were fresh and looked AMAZINNNGGG!! We love Terry!!

We had the most amazing service from Terry that was WAY above and beyond just the beautiful flower arrangement she made and delivered for my mother in law. I told terry that I needed a sympathy arrangement because my mother in law in the past 2 years lost her husband and then had to suddenly put down her dogs which were her whole world. She delivered the flowers the same day and shovelled her driveway and continued to monitor her driveway for snow all weekend. She told my mother in law she had put down her dog recently and knew how hard it was. I’m too far away to do these gestures and it has meant the world to us. Thank you Terry! My family has been using Flowers by Terry for years! Recently, we asked her to do the floral arrangements for my centrepieces and head table at my bridal shower. They were absolutely beautiful!! She understood exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. She was able to show us what flowers would work or not for the cages we wanted to fill. She is really knowledgeable and so talented. All of our guests loved the centrepieces and were so blown away by how creative they were. She also put together the bouquet that my fiance brought me - and again, really great quality flowers and exactly the flowers he mentioned that I love.Thank you again Terry!

I purchased a pretty small bouquet of flowers at Flowers by Terry at a reasonable price and I am more than satisfied! The service was lovely and Terry was so sweet and kind in helping me pick out my flowers even though I had no idea what I wanted exactly! I would definitely come here again, we had such a lovely conversation and my interaction with her at the store just made my day! I definitely recommend visiting this store if you are looking to buy flowers, you won't be disappointed! I can't thank the talented Terry enough for the beautiful birthday flowers, I love them so much! :)

Terry is amazing, she did such a beautiful job with our flowers for our wedding. The whole processes from start to finish was stress free. she was very organized and great to work with. The flowers were beautifully arranged and so were all the decorations. I would highly recommend Flowers by Terry. Our day was that much more amazing because of the beautiful work she did.
