We purchased a root cutter motor from Vimar. It is the first time we've dealt with this company and I must say the service we received from Ilia was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional with the products the sell.

Terrible Service, Parts guy is rude and ignorant, waited for 15 mins as he wandered around didn’t even acknowledge I was there after seeing me multiple times

The absolute worst company to have to deal with. Stay far far away. Parts department and staff have zero experience and claim that they will “call you back” but never do. Definitely recommend not giving them any business.

They got what you need

They will tell you what you wanna hear to get you to leave them with your equipment and leave you waiting for days. In my case I pulled in with a couple of leaks and a few little tweaks that needed to be done and I dropped the truck off at around 4pm. They assured me that even though they were all going home at 430 they would get on it first thing in the morning. I requested updates and received none and I waited 3 days to get a half fixed unit back. I don't know if anyone else who deals with sweepers and Hydrovac equipment in the area and I think they know they have a monopoly and treat you as such. Take a drive to edmonton or calgary before you leave these folks with your equipment. You'll probably get it back sooner than you will with Vimar.

Was harassed by a man named Tony for simply being parked outside on the government owned streetI would not recommend doing any business as they are vulgar unprofessional and would not connect me to the Owner of the business who IS NOT TONY
