Office staff, very nice. Dr.Raimondo, great.He was straight to the point, but listened.I finally found a Cardiologist and staff who care.

I asked for a referral to Dr. Raimundo, based on a friend’s recommendation. I originally saw him because my workout cardio performance had diminished. He ran tests and found I had a blocked major artery in my heart. I was in for a stent within a week and back working out a week later. Through it all Dr. R has been very willing to explain every decision and what to expect. Highly recommend!

The office staff does not seem to do their job properly. They keep calling numerous times for appointments that have been canceled. If you cancel an appointment and all future appointments with someone, then the employee that you spoke to should take you out and cancel your appointments like you asked. But they will keep calling and calling telling you you have appointments. And then once it has it upset you enough the lady on the phone will tell you that you’re being rude. But someone there is not doing their job. The doctor himself was fine. The office staff needs a lot of work and training on how to enter things into their systems obviously. Maybe you shouldn’t tell the patient that they are being rude, maybe you should apologize for your office staff not doing their job. Maybe you should follow up to see who those other people were that did not enter things into the system to accommodate the patient. Of course I am going to get upset and sound rude To you, but when I asked months ago to please take me out of your system and stop calling and cancel my appointments, and your office did not of course I will be upset about it.

I have been in the care of Dr. Raimondo for 25 years and have no complaints. This was after my triple heart operation was performed in the UK where I was living before returning to Canada. I am now soon to be 86. So I must be living proof that he is an excellent consultant as his staff and care have been beyond reproach. Thank you Dr .Raimondo

They should called to cancel with me when their own nurse fail to show up. Waist of time, money and gas for me.!
