Horrible service! The woman needs to buy deodorant and do her customers a favour! Ignorant on top of it!!

NOT RECOMMENDED. GO TO THE SOURCE INSTEAD:I bought a CR2032 battery. The quoted price was $10 plus tax. I agreed to buy it but I said that it sounded expensive. The sales person then said to pay $10 total. The bill is strange: it says $14.99 - 6.75 discount for a total of $8.84 which, with taxes, came to $9.99.I immediately went to The Source, 20m away, they sold me a pack of 4 CR2032 batteries for $12.99 plus taxes = $14.68.I immediately went back to Batteries N' Gadgets to get a refund, even if the bill was stamped all sales final" (unusual)

Bought a USB wall charger, it worked for an hour, enough to get my phone to 80% and then stopped working. Do not buy here, the products are cheap and the same price as the source around the corner and this place has a no return policy. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Good service and best place

They really helped me with my network service provider. I was shocked with the Google reviews here . They help me explaining every procedure calmly I really appreciated their customer service. Thank you nihama, talha and Tahir.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered in my whole life. The elder Pakistani/Indian guy had the nerve to tell me how to hand him the money after rushing me and repeatedly asking me to give him the money so fast!! Rude. Terrible experience overall.

Today I walked in and was determined to get a phone service with Chatr. At the front desk there were two men. The first thing i did is, i told the young man that i want the $35/month plan , this gentleman was nice and welcoming. Everything was fine to this moment, now it is time to pick up a number. As you know your number is something that will stay with you for as long as you want to have a mobile phone service. The other man interfered and asked me to pay for the SIM and a month of service and i did, then all of sudden he said to me “ we do not have time to waste letting you choose your number” .. , i said what? I just start looking for a number thats easy to remember, no thing else. He tried to explain to me that you have to hurry up and pick a number ( and no, it was not closing time that i have to let him close, it was 3:30 pm, they close at 6 pm on Saturday) I told him i want a refund and i will get the same service from another store. I rarely leave a review BUT That was the worse experience that I ever had with phone carriers’ customer service and I AM NOT RECOMMENDING this store AT ALL. STAY AWAY.

The limeridge mall location is trying to screw me. Check online they have bad reviews everywhere. Nail them and take them to the better business bureau. They have zero complaints yet they can't score higher than 2.7 stars at any location (overall). If bbb doesn't help let's get the news involved. Canada doesn't have a force refund law like other countries. We need one...in the mean let's bond together and demand change.

What a place, wonderful amazing, I love that place a lot, whenever I visit Canada these guys help me a lot, regarding my phone number and phone accessories, especially the guys Sher and Talha brilliant, I of course recomend this place.
