Probably the worst builder out there stay far far away. If you are thinking about purchasing anything through them go to any of the recent communities they have worked on (Beeton, orillia, stayner) and speak to the people living there. You will be terrified.Save your money and sanity.

My husband and I purchased a home that required a full reno top to bottom, including moving stairwell placement, full redo of floor plans, adding and replacing windows, stripping the walls bare etc.We are so thrilled we hired Alliance Homes to take on our project, everything went smoothly, professional communication , skilled trades, top notch quality and everything was finished within our time frame.We couldnt be more thrilled with our home and get so many compliments whenever we entertain.Thank you Alliance & Team!!!

This is a terrible company. Never buy anything from them. They purchased a few loads of materials from us and never paid, they constantly gave us excuses and we kept being passed along from one employee to another. Its like they have a system to pass you along until you get fed up and sop trying to get your money that is owed,Do not make the same mistake, if this is how they treat their trades, why would you want to buy a house from them.

I wish I could give zero stars. Never before have a dealt with a company that cared so little about its customers and its reputation. Buying a house from them was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

After losing our home in the Barrie tornado we were left devastated by the loss. Our insurance company connected us with Alliance Homes/Rebuild Response. The decision to go with this company to rebuild our home was one of the few bright spots during a very difficult year. The President of the company himself actually took the time to meet with us to chat and the entire staff from the Project Manager to the Design Team went out of their way to accommodate our needs. With a complete rebuild their will always be a hiccup here and there, but Alliance/Rebuild Response always stepped up and made sure the job was done right and on schedule. They never said the word “No” and were always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Whether you are thinking or purchasing from one of their existing projects or thinking of doing a “custom project”, you will not be disappointed with this company. They were fantastic!

Customer service is terrible. went to an appointment and signed papers for a house. came back 5 days later to tell us that if we wanted the same house we had to pay an extra 50K over the listing price. Not to mention our lot being booked for appointments after we already submitted. coincidence? doubt it.
