I truly had a 10/10 experience with Alfredo from lions gate garage doors. First, he arrived within an hour of my call, which was amazing given that our garage door was stuck open. Most importantly, it was immediately clear to me that he is very honest and trustworthy. He’s a really good person who cares about his work and that he does a good job. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and showed me exactly what was broken. He also did some maintenance on unrelated parts just to make sure he was leaving the whole thing in top condition. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!!!

One of the springs on my gargae door broke so I called Lions Gate on the recommendation of a friend. Price quoted on the phone was exactly what was on the invoice. Technician showed up when promised, the work was done quickly, and I was given tips on how to prolong the life of the grage door. Invoice was emailed the next morning- they trusted their client (me) which is so refreshing these days- great service and I am happy to recommend your company.

An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! From the initial phone call to Russ to the follow up from the owner Alfredo to Harry and Colin who installed our new garage door everyone was helpful and courteous throughout. All our questions were answered and good advice was given and the new door looks fantastic! Not only that the time from first phone enquiry to the new door being installed was exactly 1 week! Filled out a contact form yesterday and Kate called me when i asked to be called. I explained what happened to her (spring broke) and she was able to give me a quote and a time for a technician to come on site today. The owner (Alfredo) was on time and gave me a fair assessment of what I needed to get done and even said I didn’t need certain work done since it could last a few more years. I decided to replace all the parts in question and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Very happy this was the company i called, they are now listed on my garage door openers “MyDealer” since i never have to worry about finding another company again. Thank you all!

Harry and Connor came on time, and had the job done professionally and efficiently. We called Lions Gate Garage Doors because they have a 5 star rating, and that is what we got, 5 star service. We called in the evening on a weekend and spoke to someone right away. They were able to fit us in the next morning.They were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave upfront pricing and after replacing a broken spring, they completed a full service of the entire system.I called them because my spring broke on my garage. I ended up getting a full service and my Garage door makes a 1/4 of the sound it used to.Thank you so much.
