Great place to shop for your little one especially when they have deals. I found the prices here are very fair when they are sale. Even when not on sale the prices are good. The store is clean and organized - love it!

The prices in this store is expensive and the manager and customer service is the worse I have ever seen. They tell lie about happiness policy. I just wanted to return a a poor quality shoe that I bought it for my daughter and it was withing 90 days of my purchase and the manager refused to return. The quality and prices used to be good but not any more. I will never shop in carters. There are lots of other children stores that they respect to customers not being rude like Langley Carter's. Such a shame!

Great store with a nice selection of clothing for kids from 0 to pre-teen years. The quality has always been very nice (at least the clothing is nice, not sure about shoes). They frequently have sales if you're on a budget, but their prices aren't exactly exceptionally high.If you're looking for sustainable, fair trade, organic, hemp clothing though, look elsewhere. Just regular nice quality cotton here.

Had a positive experience, shopping here. Maybe it was due to the 25% off discount on raingear for my child and the store wasn't so busy midweek. Anyways, Carter's had stock of an item which was as good as the quality of items that were either not in stock at stores in the Willowbrook Mall or in stock at around double the price. The staff was also friendly and helpful to us.

Really cute stuff for babies and kids however the store was so empty and staff were just wondering around. No hello or offer to help. The cashier seems like she did not want to be there. Customer service is definitely lacking.
