We were getting them to hook up out water heater at a new place when my partner and I weren't home. We arrived to find the gone, did some wall painting for half an hour and then discovered that there was no water. When we called, they said they'd just left." It was a red flag given we had been in the house for half an hour. It would also have been nice for them to have called to say they couldn't get the water going. We wanted a breakdown of the work they did (they charge hourly) as there was this red flag

Willis Plumbing is reliable and great at working on pumps.They are friendly and always there when you need them.

Consumer beware. These people are no more than common thieves. Repair they did was estimated from other company at one third of their invoice. I didn’t get quote from them. Wish I had now. Absolutely will never use or recommend to anyone

experienced plumber and prompt and reliable.

If you happen to use Google search and type in both plumbing and incompetent, you'll find the advertisement for Willis Plumbing & Heating. They've recently worked at one of the condo units next door and in the process of fixing a pipe they flooded and destroyed the basement rooms in two of the units. They used expired glue to fix and pipe and left without ensuring that their work was effective in fixing the problem. Not only have my neighbours homes been flooded (destroying the ceiling, furniture and electronics) but they have also been unable to quickly fix the pipe issue, leaving all 8 units without access to water for over 72 hours. When asked about an estimated end date they hung up on us.You are taking a risk by hiring this company.
