This shop deserves to be closed. Do not care about customers opinions on the shoes. Poor quality shoes at this store, quality and customer service is big time lacking. Privately Owned shop and DO NOT care about getting customers back in their store for future purchases. They don’t want to lose money however if the shoe is faulty, blame it on the customer saying that you had 30 days to return it and had to be tried on the carpet if I was unsure of the product.

We had a great experience buying my mothers shoes. Jay helped us, and she was amazing! After trying so many shoes, she was still patient and so helpful. We bought the most beautiful shoes for mom! Love this store!

Came in today for an exchange and Julian was extremely kind, helpful and wonderful to deal with. We had a good chat- you are very lucky to have him! Will be back in to check out your huge selection of Crocs. Many thanks once again to Julian :)

Avoid to go this store bad quality and very bad customer service bad manager. They don’t open store on time and they close the store before the time to close don’t waste your hard earned money here. By seeing all the things the next door shop owner came and told apologized whatever happened here and it is normal in this store unfortunately other than google reviews nothing to do .

Came in for literally 2 minutes to look at crocs. While we were still looking at a specific color, the girl associate comes up and goes “put it back in the direction you picked it up.” So rude and uncalled for. If you don’t want to help people maybe you should look at a job in a different environment. Left the store immediately and made our purchase at a different store. Maybe the store should hire competent employees that are actually wanting to do their job.

I visited there and met Mr.manager.He was such a nice person who treated us very politely. And of course the range of goods is quite nice.
