Visited the clinic recently for a routine check up and cleaning for me and my daughter.Overall I had a really nice experience. The receptionists are polite and professional.The doctors here are friendly and did a really nice job. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Monarch Dentistry at Benton Medical Centre
Last week , l had a severe toothache so I went to Monarch dentistry in kitchener. I was so welcomed by the front desk staff and they did their best to arrange an appointment for me. The dentist and the dental assistant were so nice and treated me in a very professional way.It was the most comfortable dental experience , I have ever had thanks to the professional and welcoming staff.Highly recommend it.

I've been a patient at Monarch Dentistry in Kitchener for the past 3 months. My first and every other visit were extremely welcoming. The front desk staff, dentist and assistant ensured that I was very well treated. Dr. Noor to be exact, explained everything in details what needs to be done with me teeth. The taking of pics and giving me an visual view is excellent! Keep up the good work Monarch

I've recently become a patient at Monarch Dentistry and truth be told all staff members polite and welcoming to me. When getting my xrays done the assistant explains set by set what she will be doing, what I should expect and what to do and not to do during the procedure. I would totally recommend this Dentistry to my friends and family.

ORTHO CONSULT FEE: I was charged $230 for a consultation for orthodontics; I was not told beforehand of the fee for a “panoramic x-ray” for $77 or “examining pain/infection” for $153.RUDE: I found the orthodontist was rude towards the female staff and had bad customer service towards myself.LIMITED AVAILABILITY: The orthodontist is only at this clinic once a month.
