Very disappointed vegan icecream lover here.I loved the vegan Raspberry Lemonade icecream and my wife loved the vegan Chocolate icecream. But, alas all they have for vegans are cookies and cream and cookie dough - really?!Come on Village, get it together.We Vegans need a variety of good icecream too.

Village Ice Cream
My first Village Ice Cream of the summer was a free one for casting a vote for the provincial election. A great incentive as I perform my civic duty.The flavour I got was one of the seasonal ones, raspberry lemonade, and it was divine. A perfect flavour to kick off the summer.

Even on chilly, snowy nights - ice cream at Village is always a good idea. You should go here because you want a flavour burst that isn’t full of that chemical sugar taste. This is creamy, unique and satisfying. Try out the cardamom for something with depth and a hint of spice - or honey berry for refreshingly sweet.

Ice cream is so GOOD and creamy, lots of different options to choose from with Vegan opinions and sugar free. You need to have the waffle cone with it, worth the extra dollar. We got the kids scoop in a waffle, it was $4 each. I got the salted Caramel, It tasted like the werthers caramel candy. The other one is a vegan option, It almost tasted like coconut milk was used. Staff members were super nice and were able to explain more about the ice cream and company its self. I always see a line up and smell the delicious waffle cones when i pass by. Definitely worth the stop

Village Ice Cream
Yesterday passed by here saw a lot of people lines up, so today come lunch time to have try. Lunch time no people here which is really good time to come. Service really good. Give us the sample to try them on then make sure we will love the flavor which we chose. We tried ‘everything mark loves’, it is great taste. Contain chocolate inside too. Such good ice cream!

Brianna was so sweet and very knowledgeable on all of the flavours, she was a delight to converse with. Her enthusiasm created a very inviting atmosphere. I got the pecan and my friend got the strawberry. The ice cream was rich in flavour but honestly not too heavy. I don’t usually come to this location but because of my experience today I will be coming back again, definitely recommend!!

Village Ice Cream
My wife and I wanted real ice cream when we were visiting Calgary this past weekend, and this place delivered in spades! She ordered the strawberry and I picked up a shredded coconut. Both were delicious, used fresh ingredients and were made in house. The homemade waffle cones added a nice touch, as did the excellent service from the two friendly young ladies at the counter. We will be back to try their other flavours!

For hard ice cream it's pretty good. The melted chocolate was really good and I don't like chocolate. Their specialty Ice cream like cookie dough, had barely any cookie dough in it. It was really disappointing. They make waffle cones on site and look really good. The music in the store was really awesome and made it more fun but it was meh for the price.
