Zack an Shawn were so informative. With their wealth of knowledge, they made our decision easier as to what phones we needed and why. Stopped by the kiosk today and chatted with Flynn about my existing plan with Virgin plus. She was able to offer me the exact same plan for $25 less per month saving me $339.00 a year off my bill. Very pleased with her customer service and my savings!!! Thanks again Flynn

Hadn’t had a phone for years, so I was a dinosaur. Met Flynn. Didn’t make me feel ancient. Explained my options, made suggestions, wrote up my order, walked me thru everything, smiled and said “Thanks and if you have any questions, just call”. As I walked away I felt like a king. Great job Flynn. Hope Virgin is as good as you were.
