I ordered 6 mcmuffins - customized with NO meat and No Bacon with added tomatoes.Asked the staff again to verify they have the correct order and asked them to repeat the order. They acknowledged and confirmed my order.Once I received my order, I was surprised it had meat, so I told them this is not what I asked for....the staff returns to the kitchen and I saw he was unpacking the mcmuffins and started removing the meat and repacking this....I brought this to their managers' attention, and they made it sound very cool like its very common practice; screaming oooo he doesn't like the meat touching the egg, make him another one....and while they made this sound so cool...even some folks behind me were making jokes...putting me in a very uncomfortable situation....anyway, I reported this to the head office, and they asked me to wait for the franchisee owner to contact me in 5 business days; more than a week passed and I called again with the head office....since nobody cared to call....and again I was told wait another 24h, your complain is prioritized and someone will call you this time from head office....again nobody called...I am really surprised with how McDonald's is handling food safety and how they handle complains....completely negligent and careless and irresponsible.I am now going to take it to BBB and bring this matter to everyone's attention ; word of mouth is very strong, ....that's not how you handle food nor handle complaints #Mcdonalds.

Went there a week ago. I have never been served faster than that! I waited less than a minute (I guess we picked the most commonly served items).It's also worth mentioning the quality of the service and the cleanliness of the place. It's sad to say that we are getting used to careless workers, too tired to even say hello or good bye and sometimes do not even look at you while you are talking to them. Not here! There were smiles and proper greetings. Thank you to the dedicated staff in this restaurant who respect the costumer and their work. It makes it better for everyone, costumers and staff.

The parking lot is a total mess. The drive through is slow and the indoors counter is even worse. There's not much else to say, you know the food and it tastes just like every other McDonald's, except slower and with trashcans overflowing.

That McDonald's changed owner some time ago, since then it's the best one on town cheerful staff, no line up, never had any mistakes in an order thumbs up folks keep up the good work

The Bigmac bun was burned at the point I couldn’t even take a bite out of it. The breakfast burrito tastes disgusting. Never had this happen at any other McDonnalds location

(EX Employee)Staff is friendly. Most of them can speak and understand french, probably more than when I left. Problem lies with the owner and his priorities.Speed is key. Nevermind getting things right, you make a mistake, just make them wait 10 more minutes outside and keep pumping out those easy orders. The average order time is what makes the big money.Want water? Buy a bottle. Oh? You just wanted a cup of water? Pay the price of a soft drink for the cup, cause water may be free, but the cup sure is not.Oh? Extra sauces. Buy em. Other places give em for free? Not in His restaurants (He owns like 4-5 last I heard)This is without talking about some sketchy details that can leave a bad aftertaste. Won't go into details but some things I heard and saw made me think that I should leave before I get replaced by someone else.

Didn't accept cash. All I wanted was a coffee. So, I went through the drive thru & they accept cash lmfao
