Not yet had a good experience at this branch other than with the ATM. Tellers often not that helpful and disinterested.

Went in today to close my mother's accounts as she passed away January of this year. Teller mentioned I would have to make an appt as it is normally a lengthy process. But she took the time to review the accounts and noticed we had tidied things up. She helped me close them on the spot which was helpful because I had been putting it off for months. It was a hard day but the teller helped make it much easier. My mom was a loyal BMO client for years and I am grateful for the positive experience today.

Always had excellent service here, it seems to me, everyone I've talked to knows what they are doing - compared to the other two major banks I bank at, this is unique.It's a beautiful building, and not usually that busy.

I went into the bank today for a deposit, while making the transaction the older lady teller said my account balance out loud. I think that’s very unprofessional and a private personal matter. Will not be banking there anymore.

I'm using BMO atm. Signing up was very easy CC + DC. Better than RBC (charges $15 every month) no charging every month as long as you maintain a balance in CC. And no more vaccine mandates for employees.

Called to see if the branch was open, machine said check the website. Website says Waterloo main office (branch)Open Today 9:30 am - 5:00 pm". So I make my trip there and they're closed due to "adverse weather conditions." Well today is a nice day...storm has passed. Please don't come back apologizing...blah blah. How long have you been in the business?"

I had a very bad experience at this branch. Don't try to open a chequing account here...They will do a hard check on your credit history just for opening a chequing account unlike other chartered banks. Think again before going to this branch of BMO. GOOD COFFEE BUT WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
