Mr. Lube + Tires

I was passing through the city and wanted to change the oil, after recommendations from local residents I went to this service, without any appointments . I spent about half an hour, despite that there was a short line . Very fast, very good, very professional and friendly staff with excellent service.

Ever time I go here I am treated so well and that ensures that I will keep coming back. Recently I had issues with another tire shop so I brought my tire and rim here and they put the new tire on the rim for no charge. They are absolutely amazing and I completely recommend them. Thanks again for everything!

Amazing service and customer service. Jenn and Owen were a great team and she also fixed my windshield wiper issue! Definitely found my seasonal oil change people! Definitely would recommend!

Zero stars - I have never had such horrible treatment from any business in prince George. The manager was the most ignorant and rude person without any customer service skills. His staff rearranged the entire line and when I tried to ask why I was yelled at and degraded in his lot in front of 5 other vehicles and he proceeded to shuffle all of them out and refused me having the service to my car. The staff there was amazing and tried to explain what had happened but he refused to listen to them or me about the situation. After an hour waiting I was told to leave after he tried to publicly embarrass me for asking why their own first come first serve rule was being broken for me. Ridiculous!

I was here once to do oil change and also air and cabin filter change, actually, the price was reasonable and the staff was really friendly. There was a teenager girl who tired to help us. She was so energetic, so professional with a lovely smiles. We loved how she worked with all details and keep her communication with us. It was overall a great experience. There was also a problem with the car service request error that they fixed trying different methods. Thanks

My third time coming to Mr.Lube and once again everyone was fantastic! Very friendly and great customer service! I appreciate all the extra checks they do and that they topped up my tires. Will be back again!

Incredible customer service!! Went in to scan my 'check engine' light and the staff were amazing - really took their time in explaining the result to me and what to do if it were to pop up again. Took a look under the hood to make sure everything was up to standard and even gave the windshield a good wash while they were at it. My partner and I started going here about a year ago and we haven't gone anywhere else since!

My husband and I were travelling in a rental car to PG and discovered a flat tire the morning after we arrived. The team here was superb and timely to deal with. Cheery and super personable. 10/10 would recommend.
