Terrible and immature when contacted. Seemed like they were high on drugs. Didn't want to give info on their service, just want you to buy, send them money, but they don't want to give details about their service.

I've never reviewed an internet provider before but Rally is just awesome. All the staff I interacted with were professional and pleasant. Signing up was fast and easy, and the plan was incredibly good value (around $45/mo for unlimited 1Gbps fiber, including hardware rental; I know they charge a bit more now). Cancelling was super easy, it was a 2 minute phone call including the menu/on hold time, and took effect immediately. I was even able to leave the hardware in the unit (at least for now).

Just fantastic service. I almost sound like I was paid to write this, but if people look at my previous reviews, they are mostly always negative.I don't write these posts of good service too much, but Rally has done a great job here.They cut my internet bill in half, gave me a free month to try it out and everything from instalation, all the way to the rented devices was covered.I'm less than 24 hours into using their service and I'm so impressed compared to who I had before. Rally has made me realize that I should possibly seek lawful action against my previous provider.Thank you Rally!

Big fan of Rally Internet. Have had them for months now and can confidently say great internet service (upload speeds sooo much faster than before) and great prices :) We need more telecom competition in Canada!

Our building is about 20 years old so the conditions made setup more complicated than usual, but our technicians Rohail and Khalil were amazing and made it work. They were punctual, friendly and very patient with our building! They made sure everything was working great before they left. Internet is fast even on wifi, and I'm very happy with the service thus far.

Rally is amazing. I’ve been with Rogers and Bell in the past before switching over to Rally. I initially switched solely because of Rally’s competitive pricing, but I’ve discovered that their reliability and customer support are just as appealing!I met their sales associate, Robbie, in my condo lobby and he was very helpful and friendly. A few days later, their technicians set up my new internet router in less than an hour.Like I said, their pricing is very good. My package discount was supposed to end after a year, but they decided to maintain my discounted price indefinitely with no catch.The email sent provided this as their reasoning: “We really appreciate choosing us to be your Internet Provider, and we don’t believe in making people work to get a fair price. We’ll continue to fight for you to make sure we keep your bill as low as possible, while investing in our network and delivering the same - or better - service than the big guys”Overall, I’m very impressed, and I am 100% way happier than I was when I was with one of the “big guys”. I love their mission/objective, and it’s clear they actually care about their customers.Would definitively recommend to all my friends and family, but I believe they only provide service to select towers in Toronto.

Line quality excellent in download either in uploadsupport vary bad I've a simple problem and I sent one email request but no answer on top of that I make a phone call to the service support;the operator took all the information and he told that someone will contact me... after a week no news ...very bad

Excellent speed at very reasonable price. Installation was done very professionally by the technician. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the like of Fxxx or Rxxxx. Well done Rally. Keep it up.
