Just ordered a small pizza. Was told 10 15 minutes it would be ready. Came back 15 minutes later and saw that the pizza was ready (on the screen). Sat there another 10 minutes watching the manager (I assume) and employee talk before she just casually grabs my pizza out of their warming oven right there the whole time.Brutal service and a shame over a little pizza you would chit chat over providing customer service.Go to dominos, they have their pizzas ready in 12 minutes and don't forget to give them to you when they are ready

Tasty pizza at a fair price. I ordered online and was given an ETA of 30 minutes. Pizza arrived 60-70 minutes later. Not what I'm used to ordering from other local restaurants who almost always deliver on time.edit: They sent me an apology coupon by email, so that's appreciated and earns an extra star.

I ordered all meat pizza from this shop..but it's really bad les cheese and it's burn...Asian management that's why...very cheap ....little Cesar it's very close to this place. I never go back to this place. Very expensive and less toppings with burned pizza.....

Great service tonight. Was a little torked about the $5 extra topping but the fella gave me a free side order. Good guys there. Pizza was good.

Sometimes this Pizza Hut produces God-tier pizza draped in toppings and cheese. Sometimes it delivers pizza that is 45% Crust (pictured) and/or undercooked. Bummer. Little Caesars isn't far from here, though.

Worst service ever tonight. I walked in to get some food where it took the guy 5 to 10 mins just to take my order. In the middle of my order he left to the back to deal with another order. Once he finally came back I was able to complete my order. While waiting he did the same thing to the lady behind me. The guy behind her even said something to the guy taking orders. The guy in line said he had enough waiting too long and left. If I would have known it would have been this long I wouldn't have come in. There were 3 of them back there so he should have been able to stay and take orders.

No level of professionalism. Guys are always outside fixing and looking at the Honda accord. Very slow service. Pizza tracker told me it was ready and had to wait 10 extra minutes. The 2nd time around I walked in and had the yell hello 4 times to get someone to come to the front and greet me.

Was never a fan of pizza hut UNTIL this store. Ate at pizza hut a few times as a kid but our family was never pleased with the Quality or value of the food.However this store is pretty great, often clean even when busy. My pizzas are *CONSISTANTLY* hot, impressively well topped and the correct order.The staff is extremely friendly without being fake salesman types. When not busy, they often chat with me until my order is ready. And when *I* screwed up an online order they fixed it and apologized?? THAT is service.I'm usually one to complain and rant, I am a hard to please person. Not complaints here.

I was craving for garlic parmesan boneless bites but got disappointed. It has barely sauce in it and the pizza was a little bit soggy,barely has pizza sauce and looks undercooked.
