Bone, Joint, Muscle & Spine Walk-In Clinic

I broke my wrist on a Saturday. Got a very confusing runaround at clinic doc and X-ray clinic with no answers or diagnosis … was an anxious mess and in pain. Went into Bone Joint Muscle & Spine Clinic first thing Monday morning, was taken in immediately, X-rays read, diagnosis made, consult with a second doctor done, and referral to hospital fracture clinic for next morning set. No confusion. No BS. I walked out in 27 minutes feeling reassured and comforted. This place is amazing!!! Everyone was so nice and professional.As soon as I’m healing I’ll be returning for any rehab I may need!I beyond recommend this clinic! They surpass excellent!!!!

I would not recommend this walk-in. I came in and asked to see a physician. I was brought into a room to wait for the doctor. Shortly afterwards a man came in and I said, Hi doctor

Excellent service.No wait time.When your back hurts and you can find no relieve, this is the place to go. Dr. J. examined my back and gave me some great recommendations to release a muscle spasm. I was relieved to know it was not a disc issue.

Most efficient place, easy check in, quickly seen, xray completed nearby. Entire visit was less than an hour!

I had a fall and injured my wrist I went to the Bone, Joint, Muscle & Spine Walk-In Clinic. What a great place seen a physiotherapist a Doctor online had x-rays and results all in less then 1 hour. They set up an appointment for me at the Fracture clinic at the hospital for the next day. This was so easy better then waiting at a clinic or hospital for many hours just to get the same results.

The clinic has amazing staff and efficient patient intake. I was assessed, sent for an X-ray, and given results within an hour or so!

Misdiagnosed me. Came here due to back pain- they did X-rays and diagnosed me with a lumbar spondylosthesis. They didn’t do any other further testing- gave me very little information and just sat me with a tens machine on and left. They could barely answer my questions. I later went to WRH and had an MRI done and the issue that this clinic had previously diagnosed me with was completely false. The doctors at the hospital were shocked this clinic didn’t do more diagnostic imaging testing. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Skip everywhere else and come here. I injured my wrist and my sister injured her ankle, they were the only place to take our pain seriously and provide a diagnosis quickly. Very professional I highly recommend coming here.

Absolutely incredible. Thought I broke my foot, and from walk-in I was x-rayed and reviewed in less than an hour total. Not broken and still recommended physio to aid in healing. Highly, highly recommend going here. I am home and would probably still be waiting for triage at the hospital. Plus everyone was warm and inviting. Great experience.
