A much needed short trim for this guy! He was so cute he got a big kiss on his head and the proof is there!!! LMAO!!Service at CocoMutts is so good! They are kind and loving to the animals. They do their very best and work with all sorts of customers. Some customers are not very understanding…and think they are more important than the rest of us. But the staff and CocoMutts remain professional and keep calm (for the animals sake too); This is a business that truly understands and cares for the animals. I’m very impressed!!

Dayna and Tasha have helped me so much in regards to the proper way to feed my cat raw food. He is a sphynx and is absolutely THRIVING on his new diet! Can't thank these two ladies enough as they know what they are talking about and it shows!!!

I took my toy poodle for the first time to coco mutts as our regular groomer was fully booked. We had heard good reviews of this place but I am now realizing that it was before it changed ownership. I was first shocked by the wait. We dropped our toy poodle at 9am and got a call at 1pm that he was ready for pick up. He was the first dog there I don’t see how it can take 4 cbeen more than 1 to 1.5 hours. I have a toddler and baby at home it was important for me to at least get an estimate of when I had to leave to pick him up and when I called to get an estimate it was not provided to me. I was just told over and over that full groom takes 2-4 hours and that’s all. It’s not a big place I don’t see how they can’t check with the groomers on the status of your dog? Upon pick up my dog was completely shaved. He had some weird bald spots. They shaved his eyebrows so he was having a hard time keeping eyes open due to the sun. He has one ear shorter than the other. It was an awful job. We called to ask what had happened and that we wanted to speak to the owner but we are yet to receive a call back from them. I am not expecting a refund nor would I ever go back. But the least that you can do is get back to your customers and provide some feedback. So disappointed and sorry that my dog had to go through 4 hours of that.

Alex is AMAZING with our standard Bernedoodle, very confident handling him, patient, grooms him exactly as we like him groomed and supports our positive reinforcement training during all of his visits. All the staff have been lovely and go above and beyond to ensure our pup has a positive experience at every grooming appointment. Thank you!!

I had my 3 loving dogs groomed with Alex. Wow :) I have been grooming my own dogs and knows when a groomer is bad or good.Alex is fantastic, she is a master! She is a gem and I am lucky that my cockers are going to see her.

I brought my dog Riley to CocoMutts for a full groom and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I have brought my dog to many groomers across Ottawa and this has been hands down the BEST groom he has ever had. Cindy did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend this place!
