Not only this place is well organized that makes it easy for customers to browse rugs/carpets but I am so impressed by the staff, especially 'Nitin' who helped us choose a rug and gave us maintenance tips and was simply so patient and jolly to deal with. It is too early for me to comment on our experience with the product but so far so good.

Absolutely horrible customer service, spent 5k+ still no courtesy of service from any of them in this location specially OSAMA. Avoid this location. Avoid Osama as your sells rep or any other. Avoid Glara all together.

I was so impressed with everything about this place. The rugs are hanging so they are really easy to see, the sales people are gentle and relaxed, not pushy at all, the prices are incredible... I have bought much more expensive rugs that weren't as nice on the feet or well-made. seriously I wish I had a bigger place so I could buy more rugs from these folks! Make this your first stop for rugs, it will save you time and money.
