The store owner is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Great prices and also very accommodating for passport photos. Was able to get our baby/toddler’s photo done during the first try (after we tried 5x at London Drugs). We will definitely be back and supporting this business!

This was the only place I could find near me that would take walk-in appointments for passport photos which is how I ended up here, and I'm so glad I did! I read reviews about how the owner was really nice and they were not joking-- he was so friendly, accommodating, and made the entire process really easy and comfortable. My last experience getting a passport photo was a complete nightmare in comparison. Not to mention his setup is way better than most passport photo places. Really happy I gave this place a try and have nothing but good things to say about this business. (by the way I walked in at about 11:30am on a Wednesday and the process from start to finish took less than 10 minutes)

Great and fast service for passport photos. You will get the photo on spot with 15 mins. The owner is so kind that he even gave my kids a free group photo :)

I had my child's passport photo taken here and I am super pleased with the results. The owner/photographer was very patient and really took his time explaining to my child, since it was important to get a neutral face for the photo. Highly recommended ! Would be back for sure.

I would give this place an 6 out of 5 stars if I could! We’ve been trying to get a passport photo done for my baby and have gone to 4 other places. This is the ONLY place that was able to snap a photo of him quickly and efficiently. It took literally 15 seconds to get the shot. The owner was so thoughtful and friendly! He even gave us a free 4 x 4 copy of the passport photo as a souvenir. So sweet! I will definitely be coming back for when we have to renew any other passports in the future!

Had such a great experience having my citizenship photo taken - the owner knows exactly which specs are needed for all immigration applications and is so quick and efficient.I am immunocompromised and he volunteered to wear a mask when I had to take mine off for the photo, which I deeply appreciated and is a kindness rarely offered these days.Will be back for all my future passport photos!

The owner of the store is a very wonderful and professional person. He accommodated us for a newborn passport photo, even though we arrived 20 minutes before closing time! He took photos of my 10 week old and is very good at what he does. I sincerely recommend him for all baby passport needs!

As much as I appreciate your willingness to accommodate and support, I felt the overall experience wasn't great.- The manner in which the message was conveyed could have been improved, as it appeared to lack empathy and clarity.- You commented that the process of downloading a file from an email for a mere '49 Cents' required more effort, and that you would only do it this time but not in the future. This remark was the reason why I immediately became disheartened. Whether it's 49 cents or 490 dollars, it's insignificant to me. I am a repeat customer for a reason, and I have recommended your services to many of my acquaintances in the past. How could you possibly measure the value of that?- Customers like me have a preference for small businesses because they believe that their voices are being heard and their expectations are being surpassed. I had the same '49 Cents' copy job completed at London Drugs in under two minutes the same evening. The staff member listened to my requirements, offered me various options, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process.
