Apple Polo Park

Went to buy a new iPad Pro 12inch today and change in my old one, getting all my information photos and content on apps over to the new one ( got help by staff member) was told that even if it’s not on the cloud it would be transferred…… it didn’t! This is for my work, I have lost 100 of hours making designs for work , apple say on the phone that there sorry, no compensation nothing.. just have a nice day and a ups we’re sorry. I expected more when something like this happens!!!

I work on many platforms. Apple is one of them, I do enjoy going into the store and not being asked a single question. Yes. I'm looking at ports and functionality. The staff recognize that. I really love the build and quality of apple products. Mac's can run Linux, that's another big plus. As a customer I can say the online service is sublime, not perfect but exemplory of the industry. Sometimes I walk in and an inexperienced staff member would hover over me like I were to steal something. And novice security would be in my space, after I typed four or five paragraphs then delete them, turn around and sercurity is just staring at me. Ruining my experience. At least at home I don't have someone profiling me when I am typing. I will continue to work on Mac's and other apple products. I remember being a kid and not being able to afford the things Steve Jobs were introducing. My brother bought the first Mac in our entire family. Now, all my cousins have iPhones. This location has been failing. Many things you can notice upon entry. I would never let my Mac get that dusty. The salesmanship is wanting. Weekday staff, the regulars, are great. The online side of things with Tim Cook selling the hardware. I think that's where I will keep it. Where build and quality speak for themselves. Ignore the ugly Winnipeg version of an otherwise great company.

Employee named Barry was extremely rude and arrogant. I had already went to get my airpods checked for connectivity twice in a row and all they do is restart the device. Then they say it works just fine. It works fine for 15 mins then the problem comes back again. Please improve your customer service. We are already frustrated about the problem with our device and then we come for help to deal with your arrogance. DO NOT SAY THAT YOU HAVE A YEAR LONG WARRANTY IF APPLE DOES NOT WANT TO FIX THERE PRODUCTS.

The Genius' are good but Mercy is better, and Siri ALWAYS acknowledges me so long as I make myself accessible. Every hour, on the hour.

Extremely bad service regarding 1st generation airpods pro’s. It is stated on the website that airpods with the crackling manufacturing defect manufactured before october 2020 will be repaired free of charge. My airpods were manufactured september 2020. The employee inspecting my airpods simply scanned the serial number, saw they were out of warranty and told me I had to pay to repair them. Employees are extremely ignorant towards apples own policies. I felt disrespected and belittled when he was talking down to me about how my airpods do not fall under the replacement policy.

Really good service and knowledgeable staff as well. Solved my problem within minutes and I was happy to get back my phone repaired on the same day. Great place for troubleshooting your iphone. I was also fascinated by one thing that this store also has a seminar type thing for elderly people to make them learn the iPhone’s ins and outs. Loved the service and dedication towards the iPhone community.

Incredible service! Came in with broken Apple Watch Band under Apple care 20 mins before closing and they were so helpful. Order my new band because it was out of stock and helped me pick a new one to have as a backup while I'm waiting for my new one. The best Apple store service I have ever experienced!

Worst Customer service. They ruined my phone. My iphone x touch display was not working and on the official apple website, it is claimed to replace the screen free of charge as the company is recalling the product. However, the employees neglected me and disapprove to change my screen. Don’t waste your time! These guy’s cannot do their job properly and don’t have any code of conduct.

Noticing a pattern at this apple store. Good luck getting anything fixed or replaced under the 1 year Apple warranty. You will be accused of damaging the product, even when used as intended. Don't bother asking why they're denying the claim, you'll get a lot of condescension, ask for a manager, expect 2X the attitude.Apple Store tech: The charging case is not sweat or water resistant

If you are a people of color, do not go to this store bec you will experience the worst customer service. I went there with the intention of buying and given the worst, discriminating treatment by a blonde sales associate. She may be smiling but her demeanor and words used toward me is screaming racial discrimination. Go to Best Buy they even have good deals there, or to your phone company, the Superstore and Walmart gives the best deals. Or online but not Polo Park.
