I visited recently and despite walking directly in front of two employees (owners?) neither acknowledged me. When I finally asked for help I was met with look it up online for information". Signs throughout the store are posted stating no photos. I traveled 30 minutes to see the colours in person as they are all different online.Before leaving I approached the desk where both were sitting and asked another question about shower set availability in what colour options. Again I was told to check online. I asked what the benefit of coming to the store or purchasing from them was. They - with straight faces - told me " We are here to answer your questions and help".I politely explained that every question I asked was met with "look online" and he finally got up to show me a couple of things. When I asked another question he said "I don't know. They didn't give me that information but maybe it's online." If my husband hadn't been with me

We are doing a renovation of kitchen and bathroom and want to spend our money locally - in Guelph, in person vs online. Unfortunately the woman who came up to us was very nasty, practically threw us out when I asked about all the No photos allowed" signs. Actually said "You are welcome to leave!". Unbelievable. Who doesn't want to take a few pictures to take home and decide? (We did not take any.) We have never ever been treated like this anywhere in Guelph. Will not be back.Re: your reply. I was with my husband. He can confirm that I never ever raised my voice or "yelled" as you claim

Great selection of high end fixtures at great prices!! We outfitted our kitchen and powder room completely in one stop. Harvey is a great guy, very knowledgeable and honest. Really helped us to figure out the right pieces for our plans and listened to our needs. We will absolutely be back when we remodel our main and master baths. I would rate more stars if I could!

Friendly staff, they take time to show you around and help you find the style that you're looking for. The owner is great to work with and finds items that work for your budget. We have all of our bathroom/kitchen sinks, faucets, sinks, toilets from them. Great selection.

The team at Crown were exceptional, and helped us finish our two piece bathroom with just what we needed. The brushed nickel fixtures looked great and we're really happy with our purchase. Despite the current supply chain issues, they helped us navigate timing issues to make sure the installation went as smoothly as possible. They were helpful in coming up with suggestions and workarounds. We will most certainly be returning to consult for our next bathroom project! Thanks!
