Highly recommend them!! They were so careful with wrapping up my high quality furniture! Extremely patient and professional! There were a few hiccups along the way, furniture too big or stuck, but Prince was able to tackle them all and ensure that everything will be great! Very professional! I felt like I was in good hands with their service!

DuMonde Delivery is the absolute best moving company in the Greater Vancouver Area! I've moved 3 times in the last 5 years and I've had disappointing experiences with high priced movers, but DuMonde Delivery was excellent from start to finish. From the fast response to my move request, to handling my belongings with care, and the most friendly and professional service, I could not be happier with this company and it's employees. This was the worst moving experience of my life!!!!!10 months later, I am still finding damage from this move. Yesterday I went to put the extensions in the kitchen table and realized the damage they had done. they were ill-equipped, argumentative and incompetent, even though I asked them whether they had experience with pianos and organs. The youngest fellow was found lying-in my bed, claiming to be tired, The boss" was wheeling and dealing on his headset phone the entire time he was moving me; and thus

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLEBLOCKED A SINGLE LANE TRAFFIC FOR 15 MINUTES TO MOVE THE TESLA OUT OF PARKING SPOT TO PARK THE TRUCKS AND WHEN COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER SAID IT IS WHAT IT IS.

DuMonde Delivery is the BEST moving company in BC!! My new building only gave me a 3 hour time frame and they met that time frame with efficiency. Boy did they hussle!! They were super friendly and professional! Greeted with a smile. They were worth every penny and I’d use them over and over again!

Prince promised to make me smile after he moved all my restaurant’s kitchen equipment, and he never failed to do that! Friendly, great value and excellent service all round. Prince and the crew were amazing at moving my family heirloom grand piano from storage, unpacking the crates, disposal of all packaging and assembly of the piano. Due to shipment complications from the UK, we had a few issues finding all the parts for the piano at first but DuMonde went above and beyond to try and help me. In the end, they came after hours to finish the assembly out of courtesy despite their back to back busy schedule with other jobs, and we couldn't be more grateful.The crew were always in good humour and their friendliness on the job was so refreshing to us. Their handling of the piano was always with care, efficiency and attention. We would recommend their delivery service any day any time. Thanks DuMonde from us and our piano! :)

I'm sure he thought I'd forget but I never!Another shipper was on site with a large trailer after failing to listen to our directions. DuMonde was on site working for another shipper.Even though the driver was exhausted after working a full day already, he patiently waited while the incompetent shipper tried to figure out what to do! DuMonde ended up staying and finishing the job!! IF the other shipper had to come back it would have caused a real hassle. The owner himself came out to relieve his driver.These guys saved the day! I never saw the invoice for cost but as far as a friendly / go getter attitude these guys are great and I'll be using them going forward whenever possible! Cheers!

Use them at your own risk they compromise public safety. Licence plate NM0 96K a tesla cut off a fuel truck while in a rush and caused a fender bender but fled the scene because its not up to him.
