The bed itself is fantastic and my son is over the moon with his new bedroom. It does take a few hrs to assemble but the instructions are clear and there are plenty of screws and blots in the pack to ensure you don't run out.Overall a quality product that will last my son for years to come. Beds are good quality but finish is lacking in many places. Assembly took around 3 hours. The drawers on the trundle need out of the box thinking. If you follow instructions on the sheet you could get stuck. Few rough edges as shown in pictures.

If I talk about their customer service, its best. Its hard to beat their services. I was supposed to buy just sofa sectional but I came back home with an invoice of 1 sofa sectional , 1 bed set and 1 dining set because of their deals and their services. Even when they delivered the stuff to my house, there was a small issue in 1 leg of dining table. Right away, the very next day they replaced it and delivered to my home and their delivery service is also best. Hope to remain in touch with them for more furniture.

Only took 3 weeks from order to delivery arrival (which, given the current climate for furniture ordering, is really good!)The bunk bed itself was relatively simple to put together and feels very sturdy. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would order from them again in a heartbeat.

Today I received my blue sectional sofa. The sofa was assembled and packed so well. They have so many options to choose from. They have the best collection in the entire Toronto and GTA area at a reasonable price. Bought this amazing bed online from the website of NOVA BEDS . i was scared little bit while ordering the bed because most of the time whatever shown on picture tends to b different when seen in real .But when this bed arrived i was so relaxed to see it as same as shown on picture at the website .Got it a very cheap price .
