Always kind and helpful staff. They try to help with anything you need, and try to divide attention to all customers in the store. I really like this store, and avoid Pandora elsewhere because of great service, and non pushy sales.

Beautiful shop! Stunning displays, wonderful brands,lovely gift wrapping and nice location BUT, its always hard to write a bad review based on one experience but my last few experiences are what brings me to write this review... HORRIBLE service.....From the young staff members to the owner. The store emits an aura of arrogance(your store isn't the only Pandora retailer around),I have found the staff rude, temperamental,moody,and just generally disinterested. I've heard foul language from younger staff members, I've consistently found both the OWNER and MANAGER dismissive and condescending.... At times the whole environment reeks of greed, gross apathy and insincere opinions.The owner acts as if it is a privilege to be in her store and if that's what brings her a paycheck home that so be it, I am more than happy to take my money else where from now on..

First time visiting the store and I was very impressed. Lots of great items to choose from and the pricing was reasonable. The ladies working there (not sure if they were the owners) but they were awesome. So helpful and friendly. Lots of conversation and they were just normal helpful and awesome! Worth going back!

Lady was very nice and helpful with suggestions on Pandora charms I was picking out today! I needed one from me, and one from my dad for my mums birthday. I told her what my mum liked and she had great suggestions. She wrapped them separately and made sure I knew which charm was which. Thank you!

Beautiful store, parking can be a bit of an issue however this rating is because of their service. Christmas was coming and I had ordered a Pandora charm they didn't have. Ordered and waited for over a month leaving two phone numbers for them to call when it came in. They called one number and left a message for me on a Thursday night (no time to get there before the store closed). I went the next day to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else. I will never shop there again, less than 24 hours and they sold the charm I had waited over a month for is pretty poor business practice. Pandora gets a good piece of my business every year so it's unfortunate this has happened.

Lovely shop with well curated selection of jewelry and gift items for almost everyone on a Christmas or birthday list. Staff have always been nice and helpful and have gift wrapped for me. Prices are comparable to other independent boutiques. Parking scarce out front but there are many stalls a block away. Part of a nice downtown experience.

We live in the St Albert area, and this was our first-time shopping at Modern Eyes. All the staff were great; in particular, Nevis was quite helpful and made beneficial recommendations – she was not pushy, and she clearly demonstrated that she knows the plethora of products that the store sells.We had purchased a couple of Pandora charms with a bracelet, some hand lotion and a gift card. The store wasn’t crazy busy, but it did have a handful of other customers. From what I gather, the staff were engaging with the other customers in a friendly amicable way.Much to look at, something there for every women and a few things for men as well. Great place for men to buy items for their lady. And if you don’t know what to get there is always the gift card route.Smells great in there, clean flooring and the display counters are accommodating but not to busy to lose the tree in the forest. Prices are reasonable, parking was not a problem.There really is no reason to head into Edmonton if you live in the area. And the drive from Edmonton to St Albert for a quick pop-in isn't a grind.10/10

I was looking for a bunch of gifts for a bunch of people at a bunch of different price points and guess what?! I was able to find a gift for all my peeps at Modern Eyes! All the items I got were realllllll classy and exclusive. This place don't mess around. They only have items that you won't find at a reggo old chain shop and that makes it a great place to go if you have to buy gifts for bougie people that act like they already have everything. Well Karen, do you have a Christmas ornament etched from a gourd by a small village in Peru? No, no you don't. Much love to this shop!
