I like to take this opportunity to give Kudo to Harpreet and Simal.I met Manpreet and was so kind and professional to give me a deal on my phone Samsung galaxy S23 Ultra and very happy with three deal.Now I see Roger taking over Shaw Mobile.I met with Simal as Harpreet starts late and I came early to your Roger Store.Simal was so kind and professional transfered my Shaw mobile phone plan$0.00 per month to rogers network and also add 2 more line $35 for my mom and dad.My mom and dad live in Montreal Quebac.I have been trying to get a reasonable plan for them since last year but was expensive and Shaw service not available in Quebac.Now with this Rogers honoring the Shaw mobile plan I can afford for my mom and dad to get a better plani will refer my family and friends to this storeThanks and appreciated

I ordered a new phone today and was supposed to get it in one week. I got a call from the store telling me it’s available for pick up right away. Simal was amazing . True professional. She helped me choose my plan and then set up the device as well . Would highly recommend this store. Thank you guys .

I would like to share my experience with the Rogers location at Cross Iron mall. Everyone was so friendly & helpful to me.There was 3 employees working and they all assisted me , I was offered the best deal with extra incentives. I highly recommend Harpeet& Dylan for assistance, they were kind, helpful and not pushy .Before coming to this location, I tried going to Tbooth, the girl working there was rude , mean , she was looking me up and down in the dirty look. I ask if she was okay and left. Avoid Tbooth- they come off commission hungry and rude.*****Go to Rogers all the way Cross Iron****

I came in to add a line to my account, and Jimi helped us out. He was amazing, and provided great customer service. Couldn't have asked for a better, more convenient experience.

I went yesterday around 3 or 4pm to the store to ask for a new plan and phone because I wanted to switch from my current phone company. I had a very disappointing experience. The employee was lazy and looked like she didn't want to do her job. Unfortunately, only 1 store at the mall was helpful and I will write about my experience for every store I visited.I will strongly suggest to train employees better, as they don't seem to like their jobs.

The rogers sales representatives are liars, scammers and charged me for AirPods that I did not agree or want to buy. They said if I financed a phone I would get free AirPods, he even SHOWED me they weren’t going to be charged on my account. Then 2 months later they start getting charged. The manager was also extremely rude to me and lied to me saying he couldn’t find any charges for AirPods, now here I am on the phone with Rogers for 2 hours and look at that! They found the charges. Terrible, inappropriate and unprofessional customer service. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be scammed and lied to.
