Sedentary office worker here. So glad I found this workout option-I’ve improved my mobility, strength, energy and focus. The workouts go fast, the people are friendly and the trainers are so helpful. Love it!

Amazing! The workout is over before you know it. Only 30 minutes to do a variety of exercises /stations and you leave feeling fit and accomplished. Great location with wonderful, friendly, exuberant instructors.

I absolutely LOVE Kelowna Bootcamp! The workouts are varied, challenging, and fun. The results my fiancé and I have noticed are amazing, not to mention feeling full of energy every day! The coaches are awesome and the community is supportive and friendly. I highly recommend Kelowna Bootcamp!

Kelowna Bootcamp
I just completed the 6 week challenge and have learnt so much about myself and how my body works. I was provided with so many tools to help set me up for success (meal guidelines, plans, recipes, etc.). The way the classes are designed helps ensure that you never get bored of doing the same old thing, but also helps you recognize the progress you've made. On top of it all, the coaches are knowledgeable and offer a fountain of insight thanks to their different backgrounds in health and fitness. I'm super excited to continue coming to class!

Kelowna Bootcamp is Amazing! I just completed the 28day challenge and I'm feeling great! I needed motivation to kick start my 2023 fitness goals and these classes were just what I needed. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and motivate you to push yourself! The workouts are great, and I love the variety of exercises. The nutrition plan and recipes really helped me stay on track and see fantastic results. I've already signed up to keep going to Kelowna Bootcamp beyond the challenge!

I just completed the 42 day challenge and I am happy with my results. I set realistic goals so that I am able to maintain this as a lifestyle change. I will continue with boot camp as I enjoy the variety that they provide in the classes. The trainers are very motivating and push you to do your best. Cheers and a big thank you to the trainers.

Kelowna Bootcamp is amazing! Great workouts that are quick (only 30 minutes) so it’s super easy to fit into my day! I highly recommend Steve’s 6 week challenge. You will see results!

Kelowna Bootcamp
Just completed the 6 week challenge at Kelowna Bootcamp! It was such an uplifting experience, overall. Doing regular classes with Steve, Asha, Rebecca, and Tristan kept me accountable to go regularly. Their positivity is infectious, and I was able to create good habits for eating well and exercising. I have so much more energy now than I did at the start and feel stronger with every class. As a bonus, I've been able to get to sleep earlier, and as someone who gets up at 4:30am regularly, that is HUGE! Now that the challenge is done, I'm continuing with the gym so I can keep improving! Plus, we even had an '80s day at one point (photo evidence attached.)! I definitely recommend them if you're looking to kickstart your health and fitness from zero, like I did after quarantine, or if you just want to make healthy changes!
