The first time we stopped in was by chance. We were impressed with stock variety and bought several items even though we stopped for one. Once back home I wished I had purchased something else while there. I called and they set items aside for me. When I picked up the items on hold, some new stock tempted me (again) into further purchases. The staff is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond.Prices are great and it is worth stopping to take a look.

What a find this place was, went in looking for disinfectant and left with an arm full of stuff and ideas on what to go back for. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely will be my first stop when looking for cleaning supplies and equipment from now on.

Great experience. I found Empire online while looking for a specific cleaning caddy that can be hard to find. Not only did Empire have it in stock but it was a way better deal than any other supplier I've used in the past. I was a bit worried about having to drive 7hrs from Ottawa to get them but the Owner Kevin & AIM were very helpful in finding me a shipping solution. Everything was received within two days of payment.

I love dropping by the store to see what they have on sale. The owner and employees are amazing…they are always there to lend a hand and to show me the specials. I have recommended them to a barber shop and Airbnb owners for great products at unbelievable prices.
