Worst dispensary iv ever been to, outrageous markups and very poor customer service experienced on March 28 2022 at 5 16 pm. One plant in trinity commons so much better the staff is more knowledge and friendly.Reply:I asked for a refund within 5 seconds of paying infact it was as soon as I found out the bud was packaged last year, 22/02/25. I asked for was something fresher and when your employee said there's nothing available within the same price I said give me a refund. Why would I pay you almost $65 for animal face by Carmel when one plant has it for 42. so please learn some customer service if you want to be in business your employee started speaking rudely cant you read theres signs posted everywhere" proceeds to point at a dinky peice of paper surrounded by other posters. Doesn't matter what the item is if the person is hasn't moved from the position they purchased the item they should be given an opportunity to return or exchange."

I visited the store this morning , had to wait for 10 minutes just to get into the store , no apologies , no greetings . not a good experience. didnt even find the product i was looking for

This place is a rip off. Prices are ridiculous and they never have anything in stock. The “new supervisor” with the lisp thinks she’s entitled. She isn’t present on site and makes customers wait for minutes before opening the door. She then refuses to help out of frustration for ringing doorbell. Super rude and unfriendly. Never would recommend anyone this place because of her. If I could give 0 reviews for her this is it. The one star is for the other great workers who have served me in the past.

placed my order at 1:15 did not arrive until 9 hours later, ive ordered from this store 4 times now and each time they say my order is coming from toronto. why in the world would my order come from toronto when im ordering from brampton. this makes little to no sense and this is last time ill be shopping with hidden leaf cannabis. poor time management and little to no update on the order... when asking to contact the driver im told they have no way to contact them. utterly ridiculous. poorly run and poorly managed.

I don’t usually post a review unless I’ve really felt someone has added a personal touch to the usual customer service anyone can expect. This was one of those moments. I was at the Wexford location early Sunday afternoon and had the most kind, genuine and overall incredibly wonderful interaction with Riz. He was welcoming, well informed and beyond helpful with his knowledge and experience of all the different products. I come by this location frequently and the entire staff is wonderful but this was one of those interactions you tend to remember.Ashwin was amazing and super friendly! Great service as always
