Just left the store and I must say I’ve never been treated like that when buying work boots before. Donna was absolutely amazing and taught me more about my boots than anyone ever had even tried to. I know these will last a long time with the care and maintenance tips she gave me. Would recommend to anyone!

Bought boots here in March for $400+ dollars. It’s now May, they have blown apart, and when I went into the store for an exchange as stated on the redwing warranty on the website, I was met with a rude employee who gave me a contact card for a third party repair person. Won’t be returning or buying redwings again. Learn better customer service.

Came here last night to exchange the wrong width boot I was sold. Excellent service and knowledge of their products. Everyone was super nice, accommodating and thorough. Normally never write reviews but I was blown away at how positive of an experience I had buying new boots. I can’t remember employee names but Thank you!

Incredible customer service. I’ve been wearing Red Wing boots for many years and love the product! I just ended up trying a taller insulated boot that just didn’t fit right. Brought them back 3-4 months later after an honest try to break them in and they ended up resizing me and exchanging my boots with zero headaches or added costs.Thank you!

Kari Poitier at the Abbotsford store was outstanding, she took extra time to find the right boots for my son. My son is 16 and starting his first full time job for the summer never needed work boots before.Kari took the time to try many boots to make sure he was comfortable and had the proper support that he needed and it’s that service that’s why I go back to the store when I need boots and now shoes

Had an excellent experience dealing with the Red Wing team at the Abbotsford location. I had some exchange questions regarding my purchase, and they walked me through the process while being extremely helpful. The team went above and beyond and showed me how to properly clean and maintain the shoes. All in all one of the best shopping experiences I ever had. I will be returning in the future, and highly recommend this location to anyone!!
