Thank you Nikolai and team! (Hope I got your name right). Such a smooth and chill Experience. I'm a beginner/intermediate climber (bouldering) and Nikolai had lots of experience to show me exactly what shoes I needed. I tried out a few pairs with my friend until we found the perfect pair. He was patient and gave lots of advice about fit and function. Thanks again, already went climbing in them and their amazing!!

I went with my partner to buy hiking boots. We were helped out by Emerson who went above and beyond to help us. He steered us away from certain boots and bought out a few brands and different sizes to make sure we were comfortable. He took the time to educate us on the purposes of each style. Amazing.On checkout we were advised of a promotion. A few more bucks to get a $50 gift card for the next purchase. They helped out. I got some hiking boots, a gift card and a great shopping experience. Best footware purchase we have ever had.

Poor customer service. The manager is not understanding in the slightest. When it comes to mec locations, I would avoid this one. The manager would not even consider a manufacturing defect.

Impressed that this little location actually carries so much merchandise! Took a browse around for the first time this week. They have a smaller collection, but several departments are still covered like camping gear, clothing for kids and adults, shoes, and some sports equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Interacted with staff on the floor, in the fitting room, and at cashier. Found some goodies on sale. And overall, really happy to have this location in my city!!!
