Great experience! The staff is welcoming and patient. I took a lot of time to select the frame but the staff always had a smiling face and patiently waited for me to select the best option. I have received my order within a few days and im happy with the service.

I am new to the area,Went in here looking for glasses. Lee the Optician was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond and educated me on different types of lenses and age related changes in the eyes. I purchased a lovely pair of Kate Spade glasses, as well as some new sunglasses. Great customer service, selection and prices. I highly recommend Vision Clinic in Stoney Creek ON.

The Vision Clinic is wonderful! Every associate was so kind and helpful, especially with their guidance in going through this process for the first time. The frame selection is fantastic and the hardest part was trying to narrow down a favourite style! Will definitely be coming back :)

We have been going to Vision Clinic for our eye checkups and glasses. Optometrist is very knowledgeable and does a thorough eye exam. Front Desk Staff is very helpful and very polite. Brittany is very professional and provides suggestions while selecting frames and provides feedback to make right choices accordingly with her knowledge and skills.. They have a wide range of frames and glasses to choose from. We definitely recommend to try their services. Always a wonderful experience for me and my family.

Really Awesome atmosphere here, the moment you step in the door you are greeted with smiling faces, and a professional yet very friendly attitude. They took the time to get me seeing my best then helped me to select the right glasses for my large head and face shape. They seem to have any designer you would be looking for and you have a choice in lenses from budget to high end authentic designer lenses from optic makers such as Maui Jim or Ray Ban. Best part is my health insurance benefits do cover glasses from here, the staff at Vision Clinic worked with me to find the best combination of frames and lenses so I was actually able to get two different pairs for my coverage rate. Overall I highly recommend Vision Clinic, they are 100% the place to go for your optic needs. Thank you to the staff for making this place what it is!

Just used the Vision Clinic for the first time. Extremely happy with the service, and will definitely be back. Having a lab right on premises is a major selling point, and enabled me to have new lenses put into my existing frames in just 30 min. This is a big improvement over the 2 days to 2 weeks other optical stores were saying I'd need to be without my glasses. Brittany, the manager, is extremely competent and personable, and she and optician Lia make a great team! Highly recommend this store!

My recent visits to Vision Clinic were awesome. I found frames online that the store did not have. Brittany and Leah ordered them for me to choose from. They share regular updates while I waited for the frames. They made the wait worthwhile because I love my new pair.

Wonderful experience start to finish! Dr. Angelone is patient and actually listens and doesn't rush through his exam. Staff Lia and Brittany are amazing! There are always many laughs in this friendly environment and the service is incomparable. They go over and above in their professionalism, expertise and honest non judgmental recommendations when choosing frames; be it sunglasses or transitional glasses.You are always acknowledged when you walk in with a genuine smile and hello regardless how busy they are and frequently they are, but you are never rushed. If unhappy or have issues with your glasses, staff are unhappy and will go that extra mile for your satisfaction.
