A great place! Very calm atmosphere. Excellent instructors! George has a wealth of knowledge.

I have been doing Qigong for about six weeks now after running into George and having a discussion on the benefits of following the program. I look forward to the daily excerises as it is very rewarding and has helped me improve my lower back pain in such a short time. I will continue to follow the program as it will continue to maintain and improve my health for the long term.
