I was referred to Tesh by a friend and I'm very grateful. Tesh is professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We made our flooring selection based on his recommendation and we couldn't be happier. Tesh always responded promptly to our calls and texts and his after service care was great when we had to return some extra boxes. We were extremely happy with his service and advice and I would definitely recommend him for all your flooring needs.

This was my second house dealing with Sammy’s flooring and Tesh who is a excellent advisor. These guys have the best selection and service and their hardwood floor and carpet installers are the best workmanship I have seen in lower mainland. Tesh was very patient and gave his expertise through out the whole time with the project. I recommend to everyone to see them and deal with tesh for anything you need

Here’s is the awful work they did while over charging for it. They refused to fix it. I would not recommend them. Also the reviews are deceiving as Sammy’s gets many negative reviews removed so their rating far lower.

We brought our tiles and hardwood floors from Sammy’s for our Reno. I was thinking the prices were going to be to high but the service and pricing was excellent from sale rep Ashu. I found Ashu very knowledgeable, he found answers to any questions I had when promised and his service was brilliant. No pressure sales. I had to at range a pick up of floors and the warehouse staff were ready as promised by Ashu. I will be back for more tiles when we start our kitchen.Highly recommended especially when dealing with Ashu.Thanks!

We've been working with Tesh for a few years now on several different projects. His level of service is always top notch. We had a great experience with Sammy’s. They have great selection of tiles and slabs. I needed slabs for 2 of my fireplaces and tiles for my entire home. Tesh Arora at Sammy’s helped by going above and beyond and taking extra time to help chose the best for our house. His service is excellent, professional and extremely thoughtful. Worst experience ever! Salesperson charged me more than what was originally quoted and was told it would take 1 week to install the flooring. The person that installed the flooring did a horrible job and then told me that I need to pay extra because he had to even out my floors during the installation. The installer also took over a month to finish the job and after paying the installer this extra fee to even out my floors, my floors were still not even, there are bumps in the flooring that you can feel when you walk on it. After complaining to the manager, who said that I should not have had to pay the installer any extra fees as it was already included in my original price that I was quoted and the installer had scammed me. He was hard to get a hold of and so the company had sent a different installer due to so many flaws in the flooring from the first installer. The second installer was surprised at how badly the job was done and as a result, it would be difficult to make it perfect". After he tried to fix it

For anyone looking for quality craftmanship, and someone who goes the extra mile to please his customers, look no furhter than Tesh at Sammy's. This guy went out of his way to help us choose quality carpet and hardwood in addition to assisting us with advice on home renovations (he even came to our house and made reccomendations). We have dealt with Tesh at Sammy’s Carpet on 3 different projects and he was awesome everytime. My husband and I wanted two different looks and we couldn’t agree but Tesh helped us achieve a look that we both agreed upon. He was patient with us when we couldn’t decide and kept going back and forth on flooring. He’s friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about different flooring products out there! Sammy's has a nice layout for their showroom which makes it easy to pick the product that you need. Pricing is competitive and they carry quality tiles and carpet. I built a new house so I bought all my carpet and tiles from Sammy's. It was a wonderful experience as their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I dealt with a sales rep named tesh who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He knew exactly what we wanted and worked out prices that fit our budget. I would recommend Sammy's for anyone looking for carpet or tiles for a new construction or renovations.
