The Office Manager here was incredibly rude when I tried to reach out regarding a repair that had been scheduled by Frigidaire. She called me twice looking for information without leaving what information she was looking for. I responded to both of her calls within an hour, and both of my calls went unanswered. I called again on my own the day prior to the original appointment only to be told that I wasn't scheduled for the repair. Her attitude was poor at best. I became frustrated and told her so. She said it wasn't her problem. When I asked to speak to her manager or the owner, she told me I'd have to call the same number (which she'd answer) to reach the owner. I'm sure she'll likely respond to this or the BBB review I'll also post with some BS about how antagonising I was toward her, but don't let that overshadow how incredibly poor your performance has to be to continually have to give the same type of response to poor reviews. If you are the owner and reading this, please consider upgrading the quality of people you have working for you. If you are the Office Manager and reading this, consider how you speak to people. A little kindness on the phone can go a long way to a better day for all.

The worst business I’ve dealt with in 40 years. Was sent by rheem to fix water heater which is 6 months old on warranty needs a part , tech came said will order and be back. Call s me back a week later saids they are sick of being on hold and I need to call? Secretary has the worst customer service ever she’s miserable and angry all the timeDO NOT USE SENTRY NORTH APPLIANCE EVER!

I hope people ignore the bad reviews from years ago. Glen just left after fixing my old dryer and did a fantastic Job. New girl answers phone , Jen, and she was very pleasant. Please give them a try for your repairs. .

Very disappointed with this company! I called to have my washer repaired over two weeks ago when the tech check it out he said they needed to order a part, when the tech came back he wasn't here long and told me the person in charge of ordering had ordered the wrong part. When he left he told me they would order it express so it would be in fast and that someone would call the next day; nobody called! That was five days ago and so i call them and tell them what the tech told me about putting a rush on my part and the woman said they don't rush parts and so now i wait for another part. By the way the tech was great as he explained everything to me and as for their customer service, that lady needs to take a class in compassion.

The woman that answers the phone is rude!!! Wouldn't give me her name. When I asked to speak to someone else I was told I'm it". When I said I found that hard to believe I was told believe it and find someone else and she hung up on me! All I was trying to do was set an appointment time. Read other reviews. I don't know how this is acceptable and how this woman still has a job...in customer service no less. They should be ashamed!"

Setup a time to be there during their work hrs, and no one was there, nor did I get a phone call. Had to wait the entire weekend to get my dehumidifier that I was in great need of. When I called on Monday about it, they were very unprofessional and did not try to make good on there mistake whatsoever. The owner couldn't even be bothered with this issue until I threatened to call the company who was paying for this item through the warranty and tell them how horrible my experience was with them. After that, the owner was kissing my rear-end when I came to pick it up! I can only guess he was worried about losing his account with the company. I guess he really got a wake-up call!

DO NOT USE SENTRYdishwasher was not draining water, tech came, looked at it said it needs a new motor, came back in a week put new motor in said it was ready and left. First run with new motor and dishwasher would still not drain. came back back the next day and said theres a check valve missing and was removed by one of us when we didnt remove anything. We Looked up exact model on GE service website and there is no check valve on our model. Ended up buying new dishwasher cause these people cant do their job.

I purchase a brand new Wolf double sided refrigerator and after two months the ice machine stopped making ice. We were told to call Sentry North Appliance Service as they are the best in town. We had Jim from Sentry call us, he set up the appointment, called me 20 min before arrival, and came on time or earlier than stated. He was not only very polite, but very careful not to scratch anything by using towels to cover floor and counters when placing parts down. Jim unfortunately had to come a total of 4 times, which was not his fault as he wound up having to problem solve and replace one part at each visit until all parts of the ice machine were replaced and finally ice was made. (Not a good advertisement for Wolf ice makers). Each visit was the same as the first, very polite, very kind and Jim made me feel along the way he would never stop aiding us until the ice maker was working. Even calling me a day later to see if the job was successful. This was never the case with Orville's appliances service who not only did not fix brand new appliance that never worked, and refused a replacement after finally saying they would but flooded two floors after a repair and NEVER got back to me with help. As for Sentry North, I was very pleased with the whole process of their service. A process that can be and usually is very upsetting when an appliance no longer works.

Absolutely horrendous experience! After WAITING 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO COME, THEY’RE A NO SHOW!!! Moreover, offering a totally unprofessional customer service experience! When I called customer service, after waiting several hours, with no explanation for the no-show. Wondering when/if they were coming??? I could get no clear answers. Keep in mind, NO CALL was ever placed to me, advising of a delay. When I finally got the company on the phone, “David” made lots of excuses. “Computer glitch”, technician “forgot his phone”, so they can’t reach him… Then He had the NERVE to SCREAM at me that I “was stressing him out!” He said I “should be grateful, (they) could have scheduled me for next week!!!” I suppose with this logic, it’s abundantly clear, it’s no longer the business that should be grateful for its customers, but the customer who should be grateful to just have a conversation with David… He will schedule the customer - they wait 5 days for & when the tech doesn’t show up at the scheduled window - the customer should call David, kiss his behind for a bit & let him know how “grateful” they are for the experience of his RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL handling on the telephone! That said, a word of caution… if this is how they treat new customers, I wouldn’t expect much!

Placed a service call on Dishwasher, and was told there were only 7 volts coming to the unit. Was told there was nothing wrong with the Dishwasher, and it was an electrical problem. I had to spend another $135 for the electrician to show me the dishwasher's electrical service was working fine. At this point, I am tossing up my hands and buying a new dishwasher.
