Good parking for all your kingston downtown needs. Sometimes the meters are a pain with interac, so it doesn't hurt to have some cash, especially when you're in a hurry

Good price. Sketchy, but not bad enough that it feels unsafe or not secure enough to park.

A lot of parking available with very competitve price, specially if you visit on Sundays.

The garage is conveniently located and an electronic sign identifies whether there are spots available. The stair wells however, smell something awful and the hand rails are badly rusted.

Had my car vandalized yesterday and just a week prior someone I know their car was also vandalized on the 3rd level parking. Security guard was very helpful as he informed me the time he arrived only 2 hours after I had parked my car he noticed the break in and was able to help me once I was on the scene. However as I informed city of Kingston about the incident as they have cameras located inside the garage looking across where the thief’s ran off they informed me “There is no security footage available in the area I was parked” how is it we are suppose to feel safe parking our cars that’s across from the hospital if our property keeps getting vandalized and your cameras are unreliable.

Surprisingly cheap parking in a very convenient location, 5 minute walk to the harbour front

Poor security. Vehicle has been vandalized and have been harassed by homeless people (not just asking for money but throwing objects at us) on multiple occasions. Stairwells, elevator and general parking area poorly maintained with litter and urine everywhere.

Good location to the things we wanted to do downtown. Parking rates are good and the electronic sign outside told us how many parking spots are open at that time.

Horrible!! Dirty, completely unsafe with absolutely no security presence. Parking pass frequently doesn’t work and no one is ever available to help including City Hall who does absolutely nothing. As a woman especially, park somewhere else!!!!!
