The Source

First and foremost I just want to say, this was the most pleasant phone shopping experience I've ever had. The no-pressure sales and the time they'll spend with you to make sure you get the perfect device and plan for you, I'm positive you will never get this high level of customer service anywhere else (and I used to work at a phone store). Carter and Nick, two extremely helpful and kind young men, spent over an hour and a half with me breaking down pricing and various device options that suited my budget, and got me a brand new phone for less than the competitors, by a landslide. From now on I will be conducting all my electronics related buisness with this specific Source location. You blew my expectations away and surpassed them, I recommend anyone needing any electronics consultation whatsoever, come here, you won't be disappointed.

I've Had good service here before but I was a little blown away when I went into The Source this time. I called ahead of time asking if they had a phone case in stock and if they would price match Best Buy, they said if I can show them that Best Buy has it in stock they will match it. So I drove to The Source and when I went to price match it they told me because Best Buy only stocks it in store but not online they wouldn't match it......

For the first time in my life, I purchased an extended warranty for a set of headphones for my daughter. Needless to say her headphones broke, and “the source” replaced them on the spot. I highly recommend the store. Great people, great customer service. 10/10

Fabulous service.. Knowledgeable staff. I needed a friend to purchase this phone because of a health problem and Xavier and nevin at The Source could not have made it easier for both of us. I highly recommend this St.Thomas store for their product but especially that fabulous

In and out in a few minutes. There’s a security guard that has to let you in, can speculate as to why all day long. Benefit of that is safety, but on the flip side you feel pressured to go in and get what you need quickly. I knew what I needed, went in and got it quickly with friendly help from the staff.

Super friendly staff who are really easy to talk to. I just got my phone upgraded the other day and one of the staff members Zach was extremely helpful in helping me upgrade my plan to something I could afford saving me money in the long run. Really appreciated it since I didn't know about the offer. He set the entire phone up for me and even transferred all of my old info onto my new phone which I was thankful for. They will help you with anything you need. Just ask

Employee was helpful in answering my questions about a protective case for my cell phone. The store does not have one for my phone but staff gave me suggestions where to find one. Very helpful.

How does a place such as The Source not carry audio cables as a regular product? 0/10 if I could. Pretty pathetic that Walmart has a better electronics selection. There is absolutely no point in going to this store whatsoever. Better to drive to London and spend 30 dollars in gas to find what you need.
