First of all i was happy with the purchase ,when very easy, but the car have only 2 small minor paint issue we have the deal to they fix before i pick the car up... but the paint didn't arrive at the time , now 3 months later no one call ,or anything , but Ve always message me how's the car treating you , i said i like it , when im asking about the paint no answer for couple weeks then again Ve asking me how's the car treating you .. sorry but this not normal . Never ever going back , and not recommend

After servicing our vehicles at this Kia location for 9 years we were told that we are no different than any other customer. Being in sales for many years I never allowed myself to say things like that to any customer but their Sales Manager has said that into my face. They rejected our warranty on one year old Kia Optima and requested us to pay 140 cad for lifting our car. The reply above we got when we asked them to reduce the charge for that at least to half hour rate. We will stop servicing our cars (fleet of over 150 cars) and buying parts at their location. Putting 2 stars just because we had some good experience in the past. But those times has passed. Look for another dealer even if this place is closer to you. My past comment was deleted with all other bad reviews so I had to reinstate it in the new Google account they created.

Purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 from Subaru of Orillia (which owned by the Plaza Auto Group), and we are extremely disappointed with the detailing of the car. The car was cleaned to the very minimum. There was dirt and scuff marks throughout the interior. But the most concerning issue is the lingering cigarette smoke which is unbearable. This morning when I opened the garage door, I was inundated with the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the garage. At the time of picking up the car we brought our concerns to John Muise’s attention, he said he would walk over to Orillia Auto Spa (which is owned by the Plaza Auto Group) and see what can be done. Five minutes later he returned with a spray bottle and rag and attempted to clean the car which was an absolute joke. During numerous conversations I had with John Muise I mentioned that the car needed to be detailed impeccably and he assured me that it would be. That obviously did not happen. This experience has been a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. But what was more disappointing was that this concern was brought to Mr. Stein's (the owner's) attention and NOTHING was done. Not a way to run a generational business. Shame on you.

these guys are totally fraud. manager sal promise you a lot of things and delivers nothing. don’t even try to go to vithusan varathararajan, he is such a bully and force you to deposit the money for holding the car which they never gonna return. am not gonna trust any dealer now

Terrible service, unhelpful. Multiple excuses for inconveniencing their client.The service rep was super unhelpful when I needed to file a tire warranty claim. The warranty pamphlet clearly said that the claim must be done through the dealer, but the service reps refused to help me with the claim. I remember asking multiple times for them to do ble check, but they gave me the runaround saying they've never done that before and it's not something they do. I ended up filing the claim myself and buying the replacement tire myself (and I don't have access to wholesale prices).

This was my first time at Plaza Auto Kia Richmond Hill.I was pleased with the service from Hamidreza Arabi and the staff.

Dustin Stein at Kia was very pleasant and easy to work with. He negotiated our trade price honestly and the vehicle we ultimately purchased (used) exceeded expectations. The buying process was handled very efficiently and quickly which made us feel very safe in these troubled times. Even though we live a distance away, will give them an opportunity on our next purchase.
