These ladies are the REAL DEAL!! I think I have tried almost everything they offer and I am never disappointed. I usually get the raw sea moss so that I can add it in my morning porridge or oats. The smoothies are delicious and very smooth! Peanut punch is a taste of the Caribbean and the booster shots are really gives you a hit of immune boosting energy. Both ladies are amazing and very professional. They are a Canadian business owners and are local! They are a MUST TRY!
