Haven't eaten in at this location in a few years after a few disappointing visits.I'm glad we did! The food was amazing, the staff were all friendly and extremely accommodating! The fellow who oversaw our table was pleasant and patient with us. A great experience and overall good night.

Order a medium cheese pizza and they delivered a toddler pizza that I returned back to the kitchen.. 2sec later they return the same pizza saying they r making us a small pizza and to keep the child size pizza cuz it’s combined its equivalent to med. 25 bucks for this new burnt med pizza…never again !!!! Oh and my Thai bites I ordered came cold

Our last two experiences here were not great. The first, we waited two hours for our heart shaped pizza on valentines and it was still not even close to being ready. We had to ask for a refund with no apologies from the staff. The second, was our team wrap up party last Thursday. I can expect that the staff was quite overwhelmed, but many of the team did not receive their food. I think there has to be some better preparation for large groups and busy holidays. They wouldn’t let us order until everyone was there. This just held up your kitchen, and half the team that did receive their dinner did not receive it until 930 pm. I’m being very generous with the rating, as I know the intent was there to provide good service but needs more work, and better organization. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this location.

I have never written a Google review before, but I have also never had such a good experience at any Boston Pizza location EVER! My server, Jaylene A, was a superstar - the kindest, most attentive server I've ever had. She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and great to have a conversation with. I highly recommend her and she should be given a raise because she honestly deserves it. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10 out of 10.

Great food great service. Ordered the nachos and 7 cheese stuffed ravioli. The nachos were a little skimpy on the meat but this is one of the few places that doesn't charge extra for a protein. You usually pay three to five dollars to add ground meat. It came with generous portions of salsa, sour cream and guacamole which is $3 extra. Very clean. Large menu of tasty food.

This review is from Oct 2015This is a review for the absolute best service we got from 2 young girls in this location. I did not have any food from this place but my 10 year old daughter, her friend and his family had dinner here. It was around 9:10pm when she got back home from an outing at the Cloverdale bowling centre and later for food at the Boston Pizza at 176 and 64th ave, reason being her best friends birthday. As soon as she reached home she changed and was about to go to bed when she noticed that she left her orthodontic retainers behind and was so upset that she came and told me about it and started crying, Cause she knew how costly it was and we were going to get upset about it. I took her to the place and talked to the greeter and described the situation. Without any hesitation the girl asked us where were u seated and gave us the permission to look for it. The table was all cleared and everything might have been dumped in the garbage. This girl (I should have asked her name) immediately checked with another person to see who cleared up the place close to an hour back and backtracked it. The other girl was already off shift. Without much thought she put on a pair of glove and searched the garbage bin and found the lost retainer. The joy and smile on my daughters face was priceless. I am extremely happy with the kind of out of the way service this girl has provided us. And the food as per my daughter she loved it.

Nice restaurant for dine in. Staff is super friendly, food was wonderful in taste and presentation. We ordered Checken sandwich, onion rings, wraps and drinks all were wonderful. No issue of parking..sufficient onsite parking is available. They also have patio seating area which is really beautiful.

Business Lunch on Wednesday, July 5th, co-worker and I both had the salad w/ goat cheese, beet, pineapple.Added chicken breast.The beet was dry no beet flavour.Red onion chucks huge and dry.Pineapple was white no flavour.Dressing, no flavour.The salad had roasted red pepper but was huge chunks.Way over priced as always.We both had upset stomach following lunch, the rest of the day and am.

Food was always good. Good vibes. Service little slow but depends on the occassion and the waiter. Always crowded in the evenings. Nachos full sized is over veggie favorite. Hot wings with Ranch is awesome.
