Schmidt Logging took down two very large trees from our neighbours' yard. We were impressed with their work so we had them remove a large pine tree from our yard. They were courteous, professional, safe and quick and their rates are very reasonable. We would highlyly recommend them.

They removed a tree from my neighbors yard that partially landed on my shed and yard. They cleaned up all the debris from my yard too. They are a amazing crew.

Very happy with Schmidt loggings crew. They came to my property to trim high hanging limbs as well as fully removed a tall maple tree.The crew was quick and did a very good job, above and beyond in my opinion. After the recent massive windstorm, I was left with a tall tree partially uprooted and overhanging a neighbour's yard, deck, and fence. I received three quotes from different companies, all recommended to me or from previous work done in the area.Schmidt Logging provided the best quote, and emailed it with all the details I needed (such as their being fully certified and insured, which I initially neglected to ask myself). They also provided the best timeline, and now is done and done well rather than my still waiting to pay more from someone else.After signing with them, I mentioned them to my sister, who has had tree work done in the past, who coincidentally told me that they are who she uses exclusively due to similar experiences of her own in the past. My next door neighbour, who recommended and used their services due to the same storm, also encouraged me to contact them as he also has found them to be very reasonable to work with. Josh and his team of Schmidt Logging did a great job of clearing pathways into an old overgrown vineyard (25 ac) on Pelee Island. In addition they were also clear cutting brush and removing trees. Since it was difficult to estimate the required time due to many unknown factors such as removal of metal posts, wires, etc. it was agreed to pay for working hours plus equipment. Being on site all the time I was able to observe how hard everyone was working and the hours charged were very reasonable.I can highly recommend Schmidt Logging and we will definitely contract them again in the future!
