Reliable Parts

There is a room for the gentleman to improve to be more patient chatting with the “current” customer. It shouldn’t matter how many “other customers are in line”.

Ordered from the southside store on March 23rd and was given a heads-up of 3 weeks wait time. No other choice as I can’t find the exact part online and elsewhere. Here’s the weird thing - No follow-up was done within that time frame so on April 13th I called the store back, only to find out that my order arrived on April 1st (I GOT FOOLED!) and apparently she called me and left a message. I told her there was none and all she could say was “oh, that’s strange!”. No apologies whatsoever, as if it was even my fault for not following-up. Customer service - FAIL! After this review, we might see a response from the owner/management that would state those flowery words of justification to offer some sort of help but sorry to say people, damage has been done! UNBELIEVABLE...UNRELIABLE!

Thanks for the awesome service. Talked with Alana on the phone and she was quick to find the part I needed and the part number. Apparently she was heading home and I caught her before she left. She stayed until I was taken care of. Ordered on the 19th and received the part on the 21st. Installed and working perfect. Thanks for your friendliness and professionalism.

When placing a order on the phone beware that the phone line will bounce to a call center and confirm the store you want the parts to arrive at. Because they won't .Bad experience and lied too at the Northside location , Southside was easy to deal with fixed the shipping charges I was lied to about from the Northside.Kind and prompt staff

Customer service was great. Was fast and got the part I wanted. However....after getting home with the part for our washing machine, someone suggested that I check out Amazon. Wow! Exact same part. Paid $155.00 at Reliable. $21.95 on Amazon! Ridiculously expensive. That is called robbery. I ordered the part from Amazon. Waited 2 days for delivery. Changed the part myself. Washer works perfectly. Luckily the lady working there refunded all my money. I will not ever go back here.

I contacted Branch 15 on December 31, 2020. Alanna took my call and her customer service was absolutely amazing. It has been a very long time since any representative worked that hard to resolve my question. She was an absolute professional and I will definitely go back to her location should the need arise.

Do not use the inventory tool, my item was in stock in Calgary not at the South Edmonton location that I was looking at. Ordered item online and from another source and saved $$$$

All the parts i needed, attitude from the staff was abysmal. I walked in and stood in front of the counter while the lady was reading avoided eye contact with me. After standing there for about a minute I said hello, she jumped as if I startled her although she clearly saw me walk up to the counter. I asked if she could help me find some parts, and she refused to help me if i didn't have a part number. After arguing about whether or not she would be able to find the part, I convinced her to get the universal latch kit that I needed to fix my dryer. I needed a couple other things for my project and she repeatedly tried to send me to another store in the area that I had already been to. Very pleased to have the parts that I needed, but it was quite the battle dealing with their representative.
