The nurse who administered the vaccines was super helpful and nice.But one of the receptionists was rude. She was chatting and giggling with her colleagues instead of answering me. She looked me in the eye and still continued laughing with her colleagues instead of responding to my questions. I waited several minutes before she decided to ask if I had a question.5 star nurse, 0 star receptionist.

The receptionist was condescending and rude. She couldn't have cared less about helping me. It was like I was keeping her from something more important. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Jan 9,2018Just called and spoke to the receptionist and it was obvious she was wanting to get off the phone she rushed me didn't allow me to ask questions was rude and NOT helpful at all. Is this a training issue? Change your front line staff if they aren't a people person" get someone to answer your phones that appreciates their job and treats people well. VERY DISAPPOINTED! People would die to have a job like hers she needs to realize that and start appreciating it!"

Very poor and unorganized service, I booked my HPV shot by the phone around 2 month ago, and when I checked again they said I do not booked, and I need to wait for one more month. And I am sure I given two calls to confirm my appointment. Waste time!

We had our baby vaccinated here by appointment. Not crowded although its a small place. We only interacted with our nurse and she was super nice.

I made a appointment for me and my girlfriend to get shots before going overseas on a trip. Staff was informative and very helpful. Shots were in stock and we left very satisfied! Don't let the few nagative reviews scare you away!

When I went, I paid the high fee of a travel consultation. They saw I needed an immunization that was only available paired with tetanus, but they gave me a tetanus shot the day of the consult. When I asked about the whooping cough vaccine, they said I couldn't have it because there would be a reaction to have double doses of tetanus. I had clearly told them I would be teaching children overseas, and they had a copy of my immunization record. I was never given a refund, despite paying for a consultation that was negligent.

On all of my three visits I had great nurses, barely felt a thing and had a no longer than average wait. Would definitely recommend. There are no places to lock a bike at this strip mall.

I went in and it was fine. Booked my appointment a few days beforehand, and they had the vaccines I needed for my trip. Didn't have any issues with reception, and the nurse was very personable and helpful!My only complaint would be that my appointment was a few minutes late, but it wasn't a big deal for me that day.
