Went there early am they had pylons blocking the drive through, it was closed! Said on Google open but nope closed!! So I drove to the next McDonald’s no pylons so I pulled up to the order speaker waited at least 5 mins before someone came on the speaker and said sorry we are closed right now! Really,your closed yet no pylons and your inside talking over the speaker.

As a resident of stony Plain I often stop by here for my morning coffees on my way to work. Not sure why because they never get the order right.However my wife and I, stopped I today for lunch as we needed something quick before our drive.Ordered our food. And had to confirm it with them 3 times because the screen was missing items but they confirmed it was all, there after I was yupped" everytime I had asked for something. Got to window to pay and reconfirmed said that everything I ordered was there. Got to pick up window and asked the girl if it was all

As McDonald's go, its pretty good. I've had many worse onesUpdate Nov 2022: I see it's listed on google as closed.... and I get that there's short staffing, but stop advertising 24 hour drive through if you don't have it!! At least cover or take down the signs.

I like the food when I get what I ordered. It's kind of a coin toss at times as to whether you will receive what you've ordered or not. The staff are friendly and kind and the restaurant is kept quite clean. I would recommend this place if you're planning to sit in but make sure to check your bag if you're getting take out.

Seriously?We placed an order on Skip, and we were missing an entire 20pc nuggets. Skip refunded it no problem, but obviously we didn't get refunded for the delivery fee or tip. That's fine.So I decide to just re-order for pickup and go get it. Nope, this restraunt doesn't allow for that. No choice now if I want to use the skip credits but to pay for delivery and tip another driver.Food arrived fast, but my 20pc was two short, and one of them was tiny! Like how can one restraunt be so terrible?Next time the kids are craving McDonald's I'll drive to Spruce Grove and get it.

So came here for a break. Got a brand new girl at the register. She was extremely polite nice to deal with and a great smile. Her name was Riley. If all the employees are as good as her I will be back.

Almost every day, I use their drive through twice and so far, every time, I’ve been treated well and provided with correct orders. The employees there are very friendly and polite and always have a great mood which I feel is contagious! Keep up the good work. I’ve only used walk-in once and it took way longer than the drive thru usually would but otherwise it’s a great place with some nice employees. Keep up the good work! There is most often parking available to the front or side of the McD.

Absolutely awful, the fries were cold , the burgers tasted burnt and were dried out , we tried feeding the burger to our dogs and they wouldn't even eat them !! The order was wrong at the drive- thru, had to go inside and reorder! The only reason we went was it was Oilers game day so we wanted $3 big macs , but without the app they charge full price ! Totally done with McDonald's !

Just like any other McDonald's. Nice staff. I like the little old car too. But the soda fountains suck, consistently too. Ordered a coke and got some weird new drink that tasted like root beer and sprite.

Always a great experience at this location. Management is doing something right. Employees seem happy and the quality is usually pretty good. The one down the road in SG should take notes.
