This is the most beautiful dispensary I've ever been too. Also, I was 100% happy with the product and the support I got while choosing what to get. It's definitely worth a visit. Even just for the atmosphere. :)

Been here a few times, every time i purchase, a staff member always checks in to see if I need help. If i don't understand any of the product, they will answer all and every question. I had an issue with another stores Vape cartridge (they would not take it in for refund even though it had no atomizer). The staff member explained that some devices come broke, which isn't a problem as long as they retain the receipt, they will do an exchange. Which is great customer service. 5 stars. (I have never received a bad product here though, only from the store up the road )

Please don’t go here!so many staff employed there with little to no knowledge of the products they are selling.-The cashier gave me the wrong product and then when they tried to take my product back (after I payed), I refused (by law they cannot re-use products that have been purchased not to mention products that have left their store grounds) they then got upset I wouldn’t accept, proceeded to argue with me, then wouldn’t severe me. Who knows what other products they mistakenly sent out their doors that came back in from god knows where to then be swapped out and re-used. DISGUSTING!

This place has got the best staff I've experienced same as the manager very knowledgeable and nice

Originally meant to visit another dispensary in the area but was extremely disappointed with their staff and overall organization, so I popped over to Hemisphere and was served quickly and efficiently, even got a better product than I was originally going to purchase from the other dispensary for the same price. The employee who served me understood my frustrations and took the time to look through the menu with me and look for something based on what I was previously asking for. My visit downtown started in frustration but thanks to the care from Hemisphere, I left in a much better mood and am thoroughly happy with my purchase!Very clean store, rustic and authentic atmosphere and I love the self-serve menus, the store has a very wholesome and relaxed environment that many dispensaries lack, despite also being right on the corner of Dalhousie and Rideau, going inside I forgot I was even downtown.

Good service. I appreciate having a sales person at the counter who knows what she's talking about and can give a recommendation. (i took off a star b/c it's just too pricy - but then again, so is every dispensary)

Customer service isn’t nice and they sell old product. Would not recommend as there are other places friendlier and who will stand by products sold.I purchased some edibles to try and when opened they were old and seemed damaged. Asked if I could return it and was told by one employee that I could do second trip I brought it in to get a refund and the employee laughed in my face and said they wouldn’t do returns even if product sold is garbage.There are many cannabis stores that would stand behind the products sold and I would recommend shopping at any other. Staff are friendly at a lot of other places and not rude

Nice store, friendly atmosphere. Asked if I needed any help and had a nice conversation. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.
