RBC Royal Bank

I switched to RBC because of Jackie Wheeler, who is the most thorough and responsive PFP I have ever worked with. She has resolved all my banking woes for several years now. When she switched from a different bank, I planned to stay at the previous bank for convenience but was immediately met with disappointment after being set up with the new employee. Jacky replies to my emails quickly, and offers thoughtful solutions via email. She has NEVER referred me to call the banking Center number. She has done my mortgage and corporation, set up investments and GICs where it made more sense, done regular portfolio analysis, and helped with financial planning... there’s nothing she can’t do. On top of that, she’s sweet, patient, and absolutely lovely to work with. I have endless confidence in her abilities and always trust her to find products that best suit my needs. Jackie wheeler will be the best financial decision you ever make! I’m so grateful for her help.

I was a bit timid to switch banks but I had a really good experience with RBC! When I went into the bank for the first time, I was greeted by the friendly staff. Even when I called their 1-800 number, I was able to talk to a real person right away & thats pretty rare these days. I signed up and got a free ipad too- I would recommend RBC!

Impossible to get a hold of, all calls to to voicemail, left numerous messages for Janice Armstrong, the branch manager indicating it was a time sensitive matter over a 3 day period and have received no reply.Very frustrating.

Super fast, friendly staff! Got me my cashiers cheque in minutes, let me know what my account offered and had me on my way in no time.

The drive thru ATM seems to always be out of order , out of receipt paper or can not accept deposits .

I wish I could leave zero stars, I have never been treated in such a rude manner as I was when I entered this bank location. My partner and I have had a bank account with RBC for over 10 years, we went in to simply increase our etransfer amount so that we could pay our rent with one etransfer instead of two. The teller was so horribly rude and not willing to help at all. She told us that she would speak to a Manager as there was nothing she could do on her end. She didn't attempt to help us though, as we sat in front of her desk and asked if she could go ask them now as we were on our lunch break from work and she just pointed to the line up of people who had just walked in minutes before and told us no." I expect so much more from a bank

Amazing customer service at this branch! Leslie Mellander took excellent care of me (and continues to) when I opened up my business bank account with RBC, Joe Dzakic is incredibly efficient in handling my investment accounts, and Derrick Nicholson is a friendly addition to their team. I'm always impressed by how well I am treated at this branch, every single time. Thanks for everything!
