Dharmesh helped me out . My breville was broken and he fixed it. When I came to pick it up Henil showed me how to use the machine properly .They have an awesome showroom with fantastic machines . One day I may upgrade. Thank you to a terrific team

Brought my espresso machine to get fixed. The owner was there to assist me. He walked me through the process of what he did to get it repaired. He even tested the machine in front of me and gave an espresso from it to see if it was up to my satisfaction. He has professional and knowledgeable staff and he is very reasonably priced.

Very happy with their service! They not only fixed my machine, they cleaned it and replaced a side panel that had a crack in it…. All at no extra cost.

We had a Ascaso 2 groups which suddenly not working. Dharmesh came to us next day after we called him and did a full diagnose. He explained every details he know to us and how he will repair. He ended up taking the machine back to shop for clog cleaning, and next day he called back explaining the problem and cost (which is very reasonable). Repair took one day, and Dharmesh came back with machine on a SUNDAY! He adjusted the machine to our need and instructed us how to maintain the unit.I will give the highest review to Dharmesh and Aroma Espresso Services, they are now my first response if any problem with my coffee equipment!

This place is AWESOME! Do not let the lack of sign outside deter you. I originally took my machine (a very common one) to a competitor to be told they don’t service my kind of machine, although they sell the exact same one in their shop.. So I brought it to Aroma. Right off the bat, Deep assured me they could help. And they certainly delivered! The customer service was great. Dharmesh and Deep were wonderful and very friendly. Highly recommend for all your coffee and espresso needs! I will absolutely be back and be recommending their services to others :)

I must say i am very impressed with the customer service. I drove for 90 minutes to get to them and they fixed my machine while I waited. They dropped everything to tend to me and my broken pump on my espresso machine. Price was very reasonable and they checked and cleaned everything. Highly recommend them, WTG Aroma you did a great job
