We purchased four dinning room chairs from this store in Ottawa. We were very pleased with our Salesman by the name of Doug who was very knowledgeable. He said delivery was in 10 days and he was correct, it arrived on time. The delivery person named Chris was very pleasant to deal with. In conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend this furniture store.

Neil was absolutely amazing. There were some issues with the order on delivery and Neil was absolutely incredible. He was right on top of the issues and kept me informed and updated as things progressed. Came up with solutions above and beyond requirements and ensured I was happy with proposed solutions along the way.Also need to add he was super accommodating with my schedule as I was from out of town and added things to the initial order as our move date got closer and closer. Neil was incredible in ensuring everything we wanted would be delivered in line with our move from Saskatchewan.

The guys were quick, efficient, kind, and courteous. They talked me through everything they needed to do to get the couch and armoire moved into their respected rooms, such as taking off doors and hinges so that everything would fit. They put everything back the way it was, and even set up the couch for us! Really great service overall. Not a single issue or complaint to raise. Amazing job, guys!

So far, my experience has been mostly positive. Brenda, the salesperson I've been dealing with has been very helpful and friendly. Our deal isn't concluded as of yet, but I'm sure we can work out the details and come to an agreed price very soon. If it's the case, I'll highly recomment this store to anyone and everyone!UPDATE: We have completed the deal and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Now I’m waiting for deliveries in the next few weeks (because of custom orders). More to follow at that time.

It was time for a new refrigerator and I'm not one that likes shopping for such things. My wife and I went to Dufresne and were fortunate to have Roger walk us through all the choices and options. He was excellent to deal with and obviously knew his stuff. Based on our needs, he made several suggestions where we were able to make our final selection. No pressure, very professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service!

It was a great experience, the delivery people were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem is the chairs need to be adjusted and two need to be replaced because of flaws. We will definitely deal with Dufresne in the near future.
